Neymar has made it clear he wants to return to Barcelona this summer but they are yet to agree a fee with PSG for the Brazil forward.

Mundo Deportivo reporter Francesc Aguilar tweeted:

You can also add in Kieran Tierney to that list. The fee looks to be $25million as discussed before, but is stalling on how they structure payments. I.E Paying installments or All of it upfront. Also, the usual sell on fee Celtic usually put in now. 10% roughly would be the mark they put into the contract.

feels bad indeed because it looks as though England's new generation of talent are surging throughout Europe. At this time, you would expect all premier league clubs, especially the top 6, to be taking full advantage of this. Not sure why feel bad for these youth players. If they decided to stay at the big club to win their rightful spot then it is down to them and management but if they choose to stay in EPL playing for mid or lower table club instead of accepting opportunities outside then they are stupid too. By the age 20 if I saw no opportunity in big club, I would have been gone.

Definitely a lot of money, no doubt. I think we can all agree that this deal is obviously in Leicester's favour. Time will tell whether he'll live up to his price tag. I have a gut feeling it won't anytime soon, but he's definitely an upgrade to all our CB options, which is why I'm backing this move 100%.
