Sums up my thoughts...
Like i said before, what chelsea needed was for the players to work harder. i think it would have been fair to let him complete the season and spend some money in january.
@lilywhite just WHY wud you replace pocchhettino
@lilywhite just WHY wud you replace pocchhettino
@marcus i can't believe that emenalo's interview =.= OMFG... and i love it how the sacking news was announced even before the club announced it ...
Well GUUS HIDDING did win the FA Cup with Chelsea in 2009.
Well he did win the FA Cup with Chelsea in 2009.
being able to fight is ok, learning not to fight is not so easy....
@Marcus2011 Thank you for saying almost everything I wanted to say.
@nandaYNWA Indeed my friend, I guess last year hurted them so bad.
Roman Abramovich delivers Chelsea training ground speech as Guus Hiddink jets in
Hiddink is in London today ahead of talks with Abramovich but is unlikely to take charge in time for Saturday's match with Sunderland.
Can anybody confirm this? If this is true then I really don't know what to say. Shame on you, CFC players! You played yourselves.
No player is bigger than the club.

We always praise the players when a club is doing well, and condemn the manager when it is not.
-I don't remember, but someone important
Point is, maybe we should go easier on managers.
This is embarrassing !
Look at the media first they were barking about how Mourinho deserves the sacking so did the trolls on those website and now they are barking that Chelsea a joke and should not have sacked Mourinho .
Media is a prostitute and troll football fans ( unfortunately they are majority ) are their customers . They will grind on anything to make a meaning to their pathetic lives .
What is more shameful is the way our board has betrayed fans and Mourinho . Complete disgrace the way they always stood outside of issues that they were supposed to be involved but decided now when manager needs them the most to dump him .
At chelsea there is only one opinion that matters and that is Romans'. Also you shouldn't be surprised about the media. They will do just about anything to sell stories and get readers.
It is a shame that football culture is so ingrained in the idea that when a team fails its because of a manager and never the players. It's 50-50 really.
It will be interesting to see what Mou does next. Some reports were claiming that Real Madrid want him back. Honestly I can't see him there after the fallout. Would be nice for him to either take a year off or head to Porto to regain confidence and perhaps make Porto a CL contender again.
The rumor that Mou turned down 40 mil. is not confirm... But I wouldn't be surprise if Mou takes such a move, since he's Mourinho. I reckon he wouldn't do that though.
Btw, in most contract, if he takes the 40 mil compensation, he will NOT able to work for any club until the actual contract expired..
Anyway, this whole Chelsea's thing has turned in to a circus.. it's really sad. And I would love to see Mourinho reveals the bad apples he mentioned yesterday.
Regarding our new manager it seems al but certain that Guus Hiddink will take over as interim but I would love to see Steve Holland take over the reigns.
For next season... I hope we convince Simeone to join.
i wouldn't be surprised about mourinho not taking the 40m.. there is a reason why every fan treats him specially its not cos he gets us trophies because even if mourinho got us relegated i would still want him at chelsea and the reason for that is he loves chelsea, he shows more passion than the players
And that is what the people mocking Mourinho won't understand^. Jealousy over not having a manager that cares as much for their own club? He's with the likes of Ferguson in that regard, and that's a big reason to why he'll be dearly missed. Also.. 3 Premier League titles, 3 league cup titles and 1 FA cup title..
@Tuan, Clarin an argentine newspaper, reported he declined the 40mil but will receive 1.3mil euro every month till he finds a new job.
Mourinho just confirmed through his agency CAA that he's prepared to start to work directly and that he doesn't need a sabbatical year.
Are there any clubs that would employ him now, as opposed to after the season? I can't think of any big ones off the top of my head.
Hiddink has been announced as CFC manager until the end of the season. He is obviously interim manager. But has a potential, to relegate Chelsea.

Chelsea Football Club and Jose Mourinho have today parted company by mutual consent.
All at Chelsea thank Jose for his immense contribution since he returned as manager in the summer of 2013.
His three league titles, FA Cup, Community Shield and three League Cup wins over two spells make him the most successful manager in our 110-year history. But both Jose and the board agreed results have not been good enough this season and believe it is in the best interests of both parties to go our separate ways.
The club wishes to make clear Jose leaves us on good terms and will always remain a much-loved, respected and significant figure at Chelsea. His legacy at Stamford Bridge and in England has long been guaranteed and he will always be warmly welcomed back to Stamford Bridge.
The club’s focus is now on ensuring our talented squad reaches its potential.
There will be no further comment until a new appointment is made.
