I knew there was something between him and some key players, Like Madrid saga in 2013. Abrahamovic would have t choose between selling his key players for half of their value or sack their manager.
When players doesnt want to make efforts for you there is nothing to do, i think sacking Mou is way easier for a board to start a rebuilding wich could cost 300M at the moment to build a title contender team wich is the ambition of Chelsea.
Im not really happy that he got sacked despite not liking him, i respect him for his Palmares and achievements... Then you can jump at me say how can you know that the dressing room is no longer backing him, for me its just obvious considering the team performences.
In the other thread some people accused me of not watching Chelsea's games and stating that Mou tried all the possible tactis, my only answer would be to watch a Chelsea game in replay and count the number of players who get into the penalty era while attacking... As a coach, if i saw my back 4 in a bad form, well i would conclude that the best way to defend is to attack rather than keep this chess game trying to find a weakness from the rival team tactic starting from the back.

Club Statement
Chelsea Football Club and Jose Mourinho have today parted company by mutual consent.
All at Chelsea thank Jose for his immense contribution since he returned as manager in the summer of 2013.
His three league titles, FA Cup, Community Shield and three League Cup wins over two spells make him the most successful manager in our 110-year history. But both Jose and the board agreed results have not been good enough this season and believe it is in the best interests of both parties to go our separate ways.
The club wishes to make clear Jose leaves us on good terms and will always remain a much-loved, respected and significant figure at Chelsea. His legacy at Stamford Bridge and in England has long been guaranteed and he will always be warmly welcomed back to Stamford Bridge.
The club’s focus is now on ensuring our talented squad reaches its potential.
There will be no further comment until a new appointment is made.
