Just wanted to get people's opinions on this red card and Hazard's decision making in this incident.

Laws state that it is a red card but do you think it was fair?

Was there any need for Hazard to even get involved just to save what in all reality was just going to be a few extra seconds and did the red card ultimately cost his team, although I don't think it did as Chelsea were poor all game.

For those who didn't see it, Hazard was sent off for a kicking a ball boy in the body in an attempt to get the ball out from underneath him. Am sure I or someone can post up a video in here for those who missed it.

@Lodatz, You didn't see his leg make contact with the ball boy's ribs? How he was holding him down before he kicked him? Or how he pushed him down before that? You can't tell me his true intentions were to get the ball without hurting the ball boy, because you will never know that. Frankly, I am tired of talking about this, so if you don't mind I will end the argument here and we can discuss this some other time. 

If you watched the video link I provided, it's quite clear how Hazard did not push the kid down, did not hold him down, and when he kicked, it made contact with the ball, ejecting it out from the other side.

I'm good for leaving it too; I'm just saying: we can see now, since the actual footage is available, how the kid basically bullshitted the ref. ;)

I think Hazard will get a 5 match ban or more because the fa always treat chelsea shit both were wrong ok?nuff said but imo the boy was more stupid.

@Golden, I wasn't talking about Hazard, I was talking about the Shoe Incident between SAF and Beckham.

I personally agree with Lodatz, that Hazard did this out of anger towards lack of fair play, but it looks like the FA plan on banning Hazard for more than 5 matches.
