The fact is that Barcelona came to the point where their best generation got older and they still didn't get any new player yet. At the same time Real Madrid has had one of the biggest in-depth squads so right now Valverde is facing a problem that Pep,Raikkard,Enrique didn't have, he needs to actually build a team.

If only Dembele could join for a normal price of a huge talent but Dortumund are trying to manipulate the fact that Barcelona needs new players.
