@KH- Hahaha, that was hilarious!!
@Lod- "Well, that certainly opened some eyes." I sure did.
"the tiki-taka playbook needs to be scrapped if Spain want to even get close to the semi-finals. "
Let's hope they don't change.
@shpalman- I'm surprised Villa didn't start.. He always puts in a good performance when in the Spain shirt.
Torres is a hard worker but his confidence in front of goal is just sad..The question is whether or not Del Bosque should start Costa for the Chile game.
@Lod- "You just want to create silly dichotomies between being the best, and being crap, so that you can start an argument." Couldn't have said it better. The point will never sink in..
Btw..I agree Pique, Xavi and Busquests need to be dropped for Chile. Albiol, Fabregas and Koke should start no doubt.
Again, I hope Del Bosque doesn't change anything.
@V- That RVP header could be one of the most memorable goals I've seen to date! When Robben scored his 2nd. So much redemption, you could see the burden of last World cup melt away. He was bouncing with joy!!
@Marcus- Ramos and Pique is an odd partnership. They will leak goals for fun!
@Golden- Haha, I' sure he would if he could.
@shpalman "ok mate, but why you keep talking about Barcelona instead of the Spanish national team?" You know the already answer..
@Wolfie, in fact that^ was a rhetorical question :)
lmao^
^ Haha, Torres looks like he's begging for forgiveness. Poor guy, Kinda wanted him to get a goal. De Jong takes no prisoners.
^ Hahahaha, that Torres pic! Poor guy. Kinda wanted him to get a goal. De Jong takes no prisoners.
I think, after the semis, one has to wonder if we will see a scoreline like this one, again.
Like Spain, Brazil had their style of football torn to pieces. Do they have the stuff to rise again for their final match, to give the world and their country one last showcase of Brazilian brilliance, or bow out like Spain did, utterly crushed by their defeat..?
Saturday is going to be as exciting as Sunday, I reckon. ;)
What did I just witness?? IT WAS AMAZING!!!!! What a demolition!!!!
