I really don't know if David Luiz being in the best XI was rigged by FIFA, (apparently Brazil was guaranteed 2 best XI places for hosting the WC) or the journalists actually picked him. If the journalists or what ever they are did pick him, I'd like to know why, what in their minds justifies picking Luis over the likes of Boateng, Godin, Alaba, etc...

Come on @Marcus2011 and @Emrecan no need for this argument, let everyone think what they wanna think, sometimes, making people have your same point of view is impossible. I mean, everyone gets over the top or out of hand at some point (mostly arguing about football) but no point arguing over feminism or politics in footyroom, a football web page. :)

Turan live in Madrid, dealing with him is an easy task... Im not shocked, thats Florentino Perez work, thats why Messi was angry about Barça's direction not '' backing him '' the way Madrid does with Ronaldo, not only Turan, Croatia,France, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Mexico, Spain,Cuba and Costa Rica ( player-coach and media, Navas/Modric/Benz/Chicharito ) and some liga players...( im sure many others are there, these are really obvious )
Many have voted for him without being paid or influenced, money cant buy success but it helps...

Credit to Neymar for putting Ronaldo second, all Madrid players and friends didnt include Messi in their top 3...
