not saying it says it better or anything but we got valencia rightfully top 10 in that one..

It's one of the most hardest think compare teams which are not playing against them-selves in any competition. 
But mostly agree but.I like  Shakhtar Donetsk but they are ahead of Chelsea? 
AC Milan 7th? Disagree.

They're probably going by valuation of the players. 

I see Chelsea being in the top 5 by 2 seasons. I'm not being cocky or bias, just expect big things in the coming years for Chelsea :/.
