I think that in Final there are a lot of chances for the weaker team to beat the stronger one.
So a final between Barca and Bayern wont prove anything..

I think that's the final the footballing world deserves. Bayern have been in two finals in the last 4 years, alongside only Manchester United and Barcelona. We've seen Barca vs Man Utd, and we've seen Man Utd vs Bayern. 

Let's complete the circle, for Europe's top 3 dominant teams in recent years.

nah look at what united done i europe in the last 2 years (they might be back in full force in europe next year) and right now Bayern Barca and Madrid are a block of 3 above contenders like Dormund and PSG

PSG are no contenders. :p Sorry, but watching them play Valencia it was clear how far away they are from being an actual elite team. 

@Dynastian: This is definitely arguable (I don't think so though) but I believe Chelsea is 5x better than Atleti. That 4-1 was one of those off days for Chelsea and it was mainly caused thanks to one of the top 5 players in the world.

I've watched Chelsea play quite a bit, and they seem rather off with their tactics since Di Matteo left. Maybe you're right, that Chelsea was having an off-day when they faced Atletico, but there's no way they can beat Atletico with Benitez in charge. Your players are literally all over the place with no logical movement or formation. Atletico on the other hand, are an extremely organized team under Simeone.

And you would be severely underestimating Atletico if you think that they are just about Radamel Falcao. There's much more to them than meets the eye (of a non-La Liga fan).
