For the last time, IM NOT DEFENDING HIS ACTIONS. I know that biting a player is bad and you shouldn't do that. i'm defending Suarez as a player, because he's a red. Believe me, if Suarez played for any other team like Chelsea or United, you'd be defending him too. And just cos I'm literally the only Liverpool supporter, it seems like no one else is defending him either. Had he been a United player, everyone would be whining and calling the F.A. racist.
@Lodatz
Suarez- bit a player
Defoe- bit a player
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
There is no difference, only that Suarez has been involved in past incidents like these before, that gives the F.A. no right to punish him more severely because of that. And you're defending Defoe, I'm defending Suarez. Btw that link is a little biased don't you think? It's a website dedicated to Tottenham. Of course they're going to defend Defoe and criticize Suarez
@nanda
The officials saw Defoe's incident, therefore the FA couldn't do anything about it. No one saw Suarez's, that's the only difference, I don't agree with it, but that is the way it works, has nothing to do with the fact he is English as some people suggest.
This argument is redundant. Suarez is dislike in England even though he is to Liverpool as Messi is to Barcelona. Why on earth would anyone want him to leave the EPL? He brings dazzling goals and technique. Sure he has done questionable things but thats who he is.
"Sure he has done questionable things but thats who he is."
And that's not good enough, for us, and our league. We pride ourselves on not having such disgraceful antics going on. As do Germany, I'll notice. How many star players in the Bundesliga have had multiple diving controversies, racism rows, frequent handballs and now biting an opponent?
Answer: zero.
Same as La Liga, I mind add, but it doesn't seem like it would put too many of the Spanish league's fans off.
Sorry, but we just don't like cheats here, nor arseholes. We take pride in it.
Add: if you do, that's your business, but we don't have to lower our standards to match.
luis Suarezwhy always me
Lodatz, Suarez isn't the only diver. Young and Bale come to mind. If you don't like cheats divers or a-holes, please kick out Terry, Hazard, Bale, Young, Nani and many many more.
When was the last time either Young or Bale were accused of diving, Rai?
Again, the difference is: other players learn, and stop. Suarez refuses to, and Liverpool (especially last season) did nothing to address or apologize for him.
You want to know who was hounded for it? Cristiano Ronaldo. Vilified up and down the country for his diving and playacting. And eventually, he packed it in, and went on to become the best player in the world.
Messi used to roll around and pretend he'd been shot. Then he stopped it, and became the best player of all time.
What's Suarez' excuse?
@nandaYNWA
Why on earth would I protect Pepe? I'm not protecting him just because he's my player. He friggin' went up to Messi and stepped on his hand! What kind of professional does that? And afterwards, he just releases a measly "apology", saying how he "never thought to harm a fellow professional that way". What do I call this? Bullsh*t.
Suarez is plain immature when he keeps committing these offenses over and over again. And you Liverpool fans just instigate his behavior by protecting his every crime. You guys are equally of blame. It's a shame, really.
When was the last time bale dived? LOL!!!
@nanda why?
why the fuck you starting again this battle?
okay Bale dived so what?! It's normal today lot of footballers are doing it, of course it's not good.
But don't again start this battle, brace yourself for million comments about Suarez diving.
I'm not trying to start anything, just proving that what Lodatz said was stupid. And I know Suarez dives, I never said he doesn't, but at least I'm not in denial about it. But Lodatz is in denial with Bale's diving incidents.
Not really, Nanda, when the most recent thing you can point to is from last year, and the entire Bale Diving Examination lasted a run of maybe 8 or 9 games anyway.
Suarez has missed 25 games through suspension in 3 years.
It's not stupid to point out the difference. It's a pretty poor argument, however, to constantly try and point fingers elsewhere. Suarez is a tosspot, dude. If he played at City, you'd be outraged.
Nanda, Im sure if this was Saurez's first incident then he would have only, say, a 4 or 5 game ban. So the FA are obviously going to keep on giving him more bans until he packs his idiotic attitude in. Kind of common sense, isn't it?
Everyone dives, it's just a fact that some people dive more than others.
Sorry embed don't works, here's the link :

@netsten: that video pretty much says it all.
Harsh? He deserved more IMO. I don't know why a club like Liverpool are supporting a horrible human being like Suarez. He is bringing shame to the club and it's really sad to see them still back him because he is their best player.
That's really harsh in my opinion... What does this mean for his future in England? Summer transfer??
