Why are you so salty? If you think women's football is top notch stuff, then I have some bad news for you.

Well done, always important to begin with a victory in such tournaments. Great goal from Le Sommer. Come on girls, let's bring the World Cup in France it would be deserved !

Louisa Necib! I love her so much! I can easily recognise her from the mere 5 second in 1:16~1:21!

Boring game, like many. Women's football still needs to develop.

I have a sugestion for you though, maybe you should buy fifa 16 when it comes out as it has womens football on it, because lets face it, thats the only chance you are going to get to score with a girl.

No offence but some of these women try twice as hard. One of the Australia’s players worked in a cafe to make enough money to be able to come to Canada. I just think they deserve a bit respect for showing so much love for the game we love.

I did watch the game and in all fairness it was not a great one.But hey, you should not expect the same kind of football that men play. Just appreciate it for what it is. It will certainly get better and still needs to be improved. The technical and fitness gap between nations is quite large. In that particular game France was way above England from a technical perspective. So yes that is shocking to witness that when used to men football. However I believe it's quite easy to appreciate, it's slower paced and it's quite easy to see the gaps creating, it is tactically quite close to the football you learn in football schools so it is easy to relay to if you went to a football academy in your youth.

Oh, I didn't mean that with any disrespect. Development will happen at any stage. Piwo, you're completely right, I was too busy comparing both men's and women's football teams that I lost the full picture. I apologize to both of you if my initial comment sounded too harsh.

Chinese invented football, British invented badminton, do better research before you comment kid. "According to FIFA the competitive game is the earliest form of football for which there is scientific evidence. It occurs namely as cuju an exercise in a military manual from the third and second centuries BC."

No he's right, I did research and it says that greeks, romans and chinese played with a ball with their feet, but football as we know it now was invented by the English.
