I feel sorry for Portugal, they had 200 chances, 1 Cross bar but really Portugal seems to be full of selfish players. Still think that it should have been 3-1 to say the least.

Coming from someone whose team lost to Romania... at home... with 10 players! Don't make me laugh.

1. Sack Bento. 2. Drop Eder and Nani from the XI. 3. Bring back Beto (GK).

Saphy 12 years ago

3 very good points! I second that...

What a voley!!! I think portughal was playing with a rugby ball cos it looked like they could never find the target. Talent alone takes you nowhere. Passion yes. Go albania go

vladimir 12 years ago

I'd say we were lucky but potughal has no strikers since nuno gomez. I agree that we should beat serbia and armenia at home and the rest is bonus.

To be sincere Albania didn't deserve to win but Portugal donated this victory playing a football without orientation and very steril. Furthermore they lost too many occasion to score! Our national team and supporters have to be very carefull when they scream their euphoria. Our team is very weak, plays a strong dry football without intiution! Hope we will triumph at least againt Serbia in Albania for the rest we can only hope to draw with Denmark and Armenia. Take care!

Why not?

Liam O'Donnell 12 years ago

Ronaldo was captain in the WC and his negative attitude about his performance had a negative effect on the rest of the team's performance, so why not have Nani as captain he is the best player in Portugal after Ronaldo

Saphy 12 years ago

Nani second best player in portugal??? Are you serious??? He has been just awful at Man. Utd that's why Fergy benched him and so did his successors. And they let him go back to Sporting so they could get the Argentinian fella. And his first action at his birth club was throwing a hissy fit to take a penalty which he missed. Captain material and Ballon'Dor if ya ask me... lol
