USA

that was an amazing game, really !! :D

You can dominate 70% of the game but it only take 3 chances to win the game. - Wasteful USA really only have themselves to blame. Maybe they should take a leaf out of Germany's book and post nude for playboy?

wat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx a game great win japan well done to japan give credit to usa and japan for making the final fell good for japan for first womens world cup that they won and first asain team to win the womens world cup

Daaaamn, the US goalkeeper is hot !

The USA team is really good but they couldn't win with the release of Casey Anthony(child murderer)

We can't expect the same team every tournament, it is good to see new teams coming up. I' m proud of u japanese girls.

Asian Girl's Rock...

USA were really unlucky

arghhh I wanted USA to win I cant believe it, Im heartbroken really!!! now to wait 4 years again!!! Arriba USA

congratulations to Japan! it was an interesting womens world cup! USA are still a world class team! specially with their goalkeeper SOLO!!! She is so pretty :)

I actually tuned in yesterday to watch this live. It was brilliant! I never knew that Japan could hit back. The Game itself was thrilling until it went to penalties, where sadly for USA that ball just do not want to go in the net.

Wow man... i enjoyed this than a mens game!!! it had that tense in it!!

Y SO MANY SOCCER MATCHES WITH EXTRA TIME AND PENALTY KICKS? BOOKIE CONSPIRACY?

I'm really ashamed for their loss. I'm sure they deserved to lose because they didn't play seriously except of our favorite US Goal keeper (Hope Solo) . On the other hand US team coach, she did not know how to train her players to convert spot kick into score, And than she had no idea who was the perfect for first eleven . The whole team waste their golden opportunities all time, even they missed their target they did not seem very disappointed . Especially during extra time US striker wamback missed leading scored just in front of 6 yd box,but we observed her big smile on her face in spite of disappointed .

I am so sorry for the us losing even they played better. lets do it again next time.

iam support germany womans all players of germany i say good winner germany womans

Do we need to say that matches are won by goals and not by chances? What we've been once more shown here, is how the strength of will outweighs mere physical strength.

Japan - Blue Samurai Master Winner Womens WC - USA - Shite

Great job by the Japanese women's football team! They've given their country a much needed reason to cheer! Kudos!
