Uuuuuuum, no he hasn't. KURDISTAN, first off, there's no such country as kurdistan. Second, Ozil's family is from Zonguldak, a city in the Black Sea region, in Northwestern Turkiye. It's the least likely place in Turkiye for kurds to be. He himself has visited it and he has worn the Turkish flag on his boots. This line about "german tv" keeps getting repeated despite the kurds being unable show proof of it.
