"What will the score be when Barca takes on Rayo Vallecano next (11th in the league)? 5-0? 6-0? More?"

My estimation in another thread^

6-1 was the result..

1.05 in odds pre-game..

Is a game like this fun to watch even though it's pretty much one-sided? Does the excellence of Barca weigh up for the fact that the other team is totally chance-less? Is there any excitement involved at all?

Well considering how much money Barcelona spend compared to vallecano will obviously mean barca can easily trash them. They've spent over 150m over the last 2 summers and beating a poor team 6-1 at home isn't an achievement. They should be winning games over 10 goals...

Coming from a City fan^

How is 6-1 lucky? And we are lucky because we spent a lot of money? I do not understand your logic, especially since you are a City fan.

This game was exciting to La Liga fans. If you are not a La Liga fan, then you will not find it exciting. These games aren't meant to be exciting for neutrals, they are meant for the fans watching the game.

If you want excitement, watch UCL.

If Chelsea plays Rayo, they will score about half an hour and spend the whole game defending their small lead, Barça kill games, only City has this ability in PL, City destroying Newcastle 5-0 whats your point ?

If Rayo scored first and closed space, another game we would have seen...

In those games, praise the attack and dont hide the victory under weak team each time, Newcastle defeat Chelsea then loose 5-0 to City, your logic is just STUPID.

Move on, dont get buthurt...

Middlesbrough beat you at your own stadium, and you didn't even scored.

Yes yes yes So would anyone actually like to answer the question without getting all defensive about it? Is this a fun game to watch with 1.05 in odds pre-game and an end score of 6-1? Or is it just whatever..we'll wait for the better games? Or is it actually good too see the superiority of Barca?

Is it a fun game to watch? yes or No?

^ When you have the greatest footballer of all-time ripping apart defenses like it's nothing, then yes, it is a rather enjoyable match to watch. Remember, there are no Ronaldo's or Messi's in EPL anymore, so you won't see the one-player-ripping-up-teams-like-it's-nothing matches. Notice how Ronaldo's drop in form coincided with Madrid's lump in form as well? Real beat Athletic 5-0 last time (with a Ronaldo hat-trick and one assist), but lost 1-0 at the San Mames with an off-form Ronaldo.

Don't forget that Barca have lost at home twice this season to teams you would never expect them to lose to. Celta and Malaga both came away with 1-0 victories.

Lets talk a little, you bring the score and judge Vallecano then here is a clear exemple...

Judge clubs on budgets, on odds but never watch them play how can you have any knowledge ? Barça and Bayern are the teams with the less odds vs smaller teams...

When City plays burnley, the odd is less than 1.2 so again whats your stupid point again ?

Rayo plays possession Football and press high leaving huge spaces in the back, i knew if the attack were on form similar scores would come.

Stop looking into budgets odds or any unrelated pitch issues and start watching games, you obviously overrating everything comming from England and still buthurt for some reason so move on...

@DYNAST there was Suarez last year scoring super hattrick agaisnt Spurs and Norwich, but then again its not Spurs or Norwich who were pointed, now that supernatural players playing each others and bagging goals its the rival fault for being so weak, fuck this biased logic...

Bring Newcastle or Burnley to Barça, you will STFU...

@Dynastian98,

You're a gloryhunter. Cristiano Ronaldo is the best player of all time, not Messi.

@dynastian that's a fair point. Individual performances from the likes of Messi.. But what about the excitement of the game if you know too 99% the outcome of it? and I know that Malaga games can always happen.. 28 times the money on that btw..

@tiki Once again, fail to answer the actual question and as usual bring in other subjects unrelated to the thread. Never the less, the odds hasn't been below 1.20 against any opposition in the BPL for City this year so that's incorrect. Some of the latest games for Barca.. 1.15 away against Granada, 1,09 home against Malaga, 1,05 home against Levante, 1,21 against Villareal, 1,17 away against Elche, 1,18 away against Dep.La Coruna, 1,06 home against Elche, 1,06 home against Cordoba

You still give no answer, to my questions...
When Chelsea would have Barça odds, that would mean that they are at the same level...

Bookmakers doenst want to loose money on those games, fair enough, look at Barça Man City odds second leg considering Barça form, usually city rival gets at least 2 odds, even Chelsea; lets see how booky will give Barça vs City, 1.4 i tell you from now.

Cristiano Ronaldo is the best player of all time...

Gunning watching Football since 2014...

mate create your own thread if you want to ask your own questions! You always do this. Counter arguments instead of replying to the questions asked. And this is NOT about Ronaldo vs Messi or whether Barcelona is better than Chelsea.. They probably are.. But you would never see odds like that in the EPL because the opposition simply is a lot better than la liga and the top teams in the EPL are not as good as La ligas.

But, was that a fun game to watch according to you? Was it exciting?

First this is really stupid from you, EPL clubs all have many fans, if Chelsea plays Liverpool, many reds and Chelsea haters would vote Liverpool and of course this lower the odds from reds and higher a little for Chelsea.

RM Barça and ATLETI games have all low odds even in UCL, its not a league problem, and considering many vote for English teams, Barça odds becomes a little higher because usually no one bet against them in the league...

take your odds and write a book about it, each time i see top 3 Spanish club plays an English side lately i cash in, the more people bet on a team the more the odd change...

City in their winning streak with possession got under 1.25 odds and that is a fact, now i answered you but dont forget to trash talk teams that conceded 4 goals vs Suarez in PL, ended with more than 1 goal ratio per game...

PL has simply close level, top 4 arent as good as in la liga so the gap is closer, that is all, United under SAF got low odds and we are far from SAF era...

PL shows no strenght in Europe, we are lucky to have Europeen competitions so Spanish teams trash English fair and square, make your point stupid...
