It's not the agent's job to maintain dressing room equilibrium. The agent's job is to make sure his player is given the best opportunity to maximize their career - whether that be playing at a certain club, under a certain manager, alongside certain teammates, or with certain wages. Raiola is one of the best in the business, and you know it because none of his top players complain about him. Zlatan sings praises of Raiola. The same could be said of Mendes.

If Pogba's wages are truly the issue, then it's Man United's fault they agreed to the wages that Pogba demanded. There is a line at which paying Pogba a certain wage is no longer worth having him on the team. If United have truly crossed that level, then it is their fault for not selling Pogba sooner or rejecting his wage demands.

@Ledley Lol, thats weird, I mean, I already reported that BVB was trying that but I'm surprised to see them suceed. This a good move for BVB though, they got a more solid team this season than the one Hummels was with them, could go all the way next season.
