Good signing for Bayern. But i don't understand, Alcantara wanted more first team football, right? So why does he think he will start for Munich each game when they are better than Barca? (im not trying to disrespect barca here, but at the minute Munich are the best side in Europe) Im kind of annoyed that United didn't sign him when we actually need a player like him, but as mladen said, Moyes never said he wanted him. So... dayum.

YEP happy he went to Bayern, Man utd always tries to steal players without paying the whole fee, thiago went to bayern for 25M while Man utd were trying to get him less than 18M. Very good news for Barça and Bayern Cheers.

Did you guys know that Thiago's agent is actually pep's brother... I believe Thiago had no word on this move and was severely convinced by his agent.

I believe he preferred to go to Bayern only because of Pep, but if he wanted more playing time he would have never joined them, he is not stupid enough to think he can compete with current Bayern's midfielders in the next two seasons at least. Players this days make very weird decision, I don't think money is the case in this one.

Only time can tell if he will get more play time. This isn't going to be the same Bayern we saw last season that's for sure.
Besides he could always pull a Cesc and go back home.
Bayern M. have confirmed that they have secured the services of Thiago Alcantara from Barcelona for an agreed fee of €20 million, potentially rising to €25m.Thiago will compete with the likes of Bastian Schweinsteiger, Luiz Gustavo ,Javi Martinez ,Shaqiri,Muller,Kroos,Ribery,Robben, Mario Gotze and Jan Kirchhoff, as a summer arrival to the Bundesliga champions.
We believed to newspapers , but we should listen to our boss Moyes. He never said that he want him. If we desperately want someone,we can bring him. Our transfer budget is unlimited ;)
