Team News

Chelsea have four injury concerns. Thibaut Courtois and Branislav Ivanovic remain out, while Diego Costa and Pedro are doubts. Nemanja Matic is suspended following his first-half red card last weekend.

Liverpool’s injury woes continue as Daniel Sturridge , Kolo Toure, Danny Ings, Jordan Henderson, Joe Gomez and Jon Flanagan are set to miss out.

My prediction : 2-0 Chelsea . This match looks tricky but I think this match is exactly what Chelsea needs to get our recovery on our way . Liverpool might think this is a best time to play us but it is also best time to play Liverpool who are missing players with brand new manager .

Fabregas not playing well that is a relief ! He needs to sit down and think about his game because he has been in bad form since January of 2015 ... He thinks he is untouchable but I am glad Jose finally let him know that he is not .

well i am done with football predictions ... especially when it is my fav team ... this is pure disgrace of the players ! Those are simple individual mistakes that could have been avoided . Certain individuals who are not putting same effort as others do .

I will promise you lads as soon Jose leaves those certain cunts will suddenly play better as if nothing ever affected their performance ! That is the tradition we had with every manager that left us .

I would be pissed off with that first goal Liverpool scored, Clattenburg should have whistled first half. On other side nothing has changed just Willian probably the only one who wants to win.

Yeah I dont get it, the same players that won the league last year look like a bunch of mediocre this year, no motivation whatsoever, like they dont even try. Some of them, indeed.

Chelsea got smashed, as per usual this season. And that was just pure childish from Mourinho in the post-match interview. Grow a pair and admit that your team isn't top four material this season and you'll work hard to make them competitive again. What he is doing will only backfire.

I am not going to be dragged into referee decision it is up to you to judge , because if we , Chelsea fans , make commentary on the decision we will sound like we are moaning and complaining . We are sitting quiet about all the ref decisions .

I don't think it should take away credit from Liverpool who did put on a great performance to win the match at our own backyard . Not going to name the players who were complete disgrace . No one is bigger than the club and if they feel they are then they better fcking leave ! Jose protects them every fcking interview and this is how they repay it !

@thegame

What do you know about our club to speak as if everything will be fine if Jose will admit something that is not true . You claiming that Chelsea is Not top 4 material ? That is the most biased thing i heard all day . That is the same team that dominated the sht out of the league and dominated top 6 EPL teams for past 2 seasons getting most points out of them ...

Our board needs to admit their fault too . Football club is a team of people who are working together , but seems like everything falls on MOurinhos shoulders . Board needs to look at the decision they made that cost Chelsea fitness and preparation for 2015-16 season post season and preseason .

That's what we get for sitting back after scoring the first goal. When will Mourinho finally realize that you need to score a second goal to gain some stability? I can only laugh about his post-match comments when he says that the players executed the game plan perfectly. Was that really our game plan? Quite pathetic. Sure, players are not performing, but I can understand that some of our attacking players are fed up with Mourinho's tactics because he is wasting their potential.

Uhmn what post match? I saw his post match interview he keeps saying, there is NOTHING to say, he refused to comment on anything. Obviously he has other thing to worry for and refuse to have any media drama now.

He set up an unusual meeting and I hope they dig their problem up. Some fans didn't leave and fans were chanting his name

This is sad it's not funny anymore. I have to say I kinda miss last season Chelsea

Anyone else see Costa's kick on Skrtel? Disgusting how this man is allowed to still play football.

@juan did you miss the fact that we are conceding more often than we score ?

@dynastian

LOL you never fail to make comment on Costa do you . Why don't you mention Emre Can who should have been out in in first half ? Skrtel who elbowed Costa during the game ? Or Lucas who should have got second yellow ? Liverpool players kicking Willian left and right ?

You are either trying to instigate here something or you did not watch the match at all .

^ Skrtel was unintentional, but i do agree on the other things you mentioned. i would still include Costa being d*ck vs Skrtel. Clattenburg's officiating is always somewhat controversial, i personally think he should not officiate important or delicate matches, he's an average ref. also, he looks like a milf hunter.
