Premier League Season 20-21 Predictions

Arsenal, Australia 19 727

It's that time of year again, before the season starts, who do you think will be our champions and put in your end-of-the-year table!

For me I have absolutely NO IDEA of what's going to happen.
but... I feel like a lot of the weaker teams in the league won't be able to invest making it easier for Man City to curb stomp them giving them the points to win the league whereas Liverpool might stutter too many times.

I can see the top two change quick, and even see Chelsea challenge with their new acquisitions. If all teams stay healthy, Man City win it. If Messi comes, City win it. If they drop some easy points, Liverpool win it. If both teams slip a bit, and Messi is not there, Chelsea can sneak in.

Depends on how the signings are going to be... is Messi going to Man City? Thiago to Liverpool? Sancho? Havertz? Koulibaly? etc.

I’m going to wait a bit...

I will post a new prediction after all the signings

  1. Arsenal
  2. Man City
  3. Man Utd
  4. Liverpool
  5. Chelsea

The other clubs are irrelevant. Winning the title is an optimistic prediction right now but I expect us to win it if we sign a midfielder and an attacker. I will post a new prediction after all the signings

@Greatone Yeah, its look like we might have been way too positive with City. Though I think we should wait and see how they do once Ruben Dias settled in before writing them off completely.

Leeds will propably do a lot better than I first expected. Though it will depend on wether or not they can keep this up physically, we know Bielsa teams weakness is lack of rotation and tendency for failing in the long run because of stamina issue.

Wishful thinking if you think we aren't going to finish in the top 4 at the very least now that we've got the best defensive midfielder in the world.

You have to look at the teams that not only have quality but have depth. Every EPL team will have at least some quality, a decent tactic, and the drive to win matches, but not all have a deep roster. When those matches add up, when they hit cups, and deal with injuries, then teams will level out with deeper squads floating higher.

We are what four matches into the season? We could pick apart teams based on four matches but its a very long season. Not sure we will see a runaway title winner this time. Top of the table will be as competitive as the bottom come seasons end.

Nah, Mou will bottle it as usual. He has a good squad, questions around Bale and whether he can regain his level playing at his club of heart, I only see a Top 3 for them. Another City win, Chelsea might come second

What do you mean bottle it as usual?

Usually he wins the league. Has been unlucky in Champiosn league thought but didn’t he “bottle” Real Madrid’s record winning league title during the time when prime Barcelona was humiliating Real at every chance they got? Then the same build team went on winning CLs? Real fans are truely ungrateful out of all the fans in the world

you aren't being bold. If you are gonna be bold, put Everton up there. Talking managers, everybody knows Ancelotti knows what he's doing. If you are basing it on current form then how could they not be up there.

Marcus, I gotta respect the massive respect and faith you have in Mourinho. I really don't share it though. :P

If he win the PL, then I'll be the first one to say he really is back in the game and apologize for doubting him but until then, I don't expect much from him.

Especially considering he is managing Spurs, a team well known for bottling it far too much. Even if Mou was still one of the best manager out there, which I personnaly don't think he is anymore, making Spurs win a trophy is certainly an hard mission. No direspect meant toward Tottenham.
