Onze doing some sick predictions. Pretty amazing he got the 1-3 Leicester right.. He also predicted PSG's first loss for the season which would be epic if it happened. He'll be wrong about Chelsea though.

@KTBFFHSWE Another game most people got wrong was the Schalke vs Wolfsburg. Predicting right can be very hard sometimes! :)

Well Wolfsburg rarely beat Schalke at Veltins Arena. I can't even think why Wolfsburg couldn't even score in that game. Nonetheless, Schalke is a really underrated team.

Well I don't think anyone expected to lead 3-0 against City at ETIHAD ... I was thinking hard fought draw hence both don't want to loose points but Leicester came for the win ..

6 points at the top of the table . This is going to go down the wire . I just wonder if Spurs are real contenders too now .. They keep scrapping 3 points here and there .

Seems to me like points are given away like it is christmas .

@Marcus2011 Personally, I don't think the system is that bad but by all means you can come up with an another system (I won't be trying to figure out a new one myself) if you think it is more efficient.

System is not bad . It gives plenty of points . I just thought that even worst predictor of this week got 7 points . Not much of a difference . Also i thought it will be difficult for others to catch up with leaders when we have so many options to gain points .

Here is what I propose .

Correct outcome of the match - 1 point
Correct score - 3 points

Example .

Manchester City vs Leicester 1-3

Onze should have had 4 points out this match .

Easy to count and more opportunities for others to catch up . In my opinion It also gives way more meaning to getting correct score . What do you think ?

@Marcus2011 Not bad but I like the original one better because its less punitive. Its more interesting to have everyone earning more point. Not only is it more rewarding but since we nearly alway make some point, it alway feel like we can catch back to other people.

@louis May I ask you to put up the results of the games along with the points next time, buddy? Makes it easier to check.

Congratulation to Jimbet for winning last weekend's round of the Prediction League (13 points out of 30), jumping over five predictors in the overall standings and sharing first place with Louis van Gaal in the February standings.

Louis van Gaal remains at the summit of the league, scoring the second highest point, 12. Aiden Finland also scored 12 points, this pushed him from 21st position all the way to 13 in the table.

@ Marcus2011 Thanks for your suggestion, I like the fact that your system "gives way more meaning to getting the correct score"
like you said. But I like getting points for guessing how many goals a team scored. So I'm thinking of changing the system to:

5 points for correct score
1 for how many goals a team scored
1 for outcome of the match

It will give more meaning to getting the correct score and it will be easier (or harder lol) to catch up to the leader. Lemme know what you guys think please.
