To be honest, Henderson has every right to claim that spot. He started every single game except against Chelsea and Crystal Palace and both results have been disastrous. So, you can see he was more pivotal than Sturridge or Coutinho for example. Don't know why Giroud, Szczeşny and Özil are in this squad though.

To those who didn't follow how this worked, this thing was totally messed up. People had to vote for each position, and the way they grouped players for each position was doomed to fail. For forward 1 they had Suarez, Aguero, Sturridge, Rooney and Dzeko. So basically the 5 best strikers in the EPL. For forward 2 they had Lambert, Hazard, Giroud, Lukaku and Adebayor. Hazard is not a striker, so Giroud won this one. Same thing for yaya toure, he was grouped with Ramsey when both should have been in the team. Same thing with Ozil.

Here is my team of the season in 4-4-2

Szczesny/Cech

Coleman - Cahill - Koscielny - Azpilicueta

Ramsey - Yaya Toure - Gerrard - Hazard

Suarez - Sturridge

If anything that show that we have the best fan presence online. They'll probably change their system next season because this is awful.

Szczeşny got deserved place, Koscielny too. Giroud & Ozil out for Sturridge and Yaya Toure.

John Terry not being on people's team of the season is a crime. He played better than Cahill, and that's something considering Cahill was fantastic this season.

@KH - Kos was great in the 1st half of the season not so much after January.. Azpi.. yeah he was good but Baines with his goals has to be in the team. Silva.. average season by his standards.. But Sturridge has to be there, what an great season he produced.
@V I personally would rather have Kompany over Terry. But I agree Terry had a good season.

Why not? Do you know what a team of the season means? Its mean the best players this season. Both Coleman and Sagna have been better than Zabaleta. Debuchy have also been better than him so how did you come to the conclusion he should be there?
