What do you see as the most fierce in european football?
Would be interesting to see what people perceive as the most intense rivalry in Europe.
Concider things like atmosphere and pure dislike of eachother not just sporting issues.

You understand that the my country part is because i currently live in Norway due to work? I'm born in and support England hence why i changed it. You're just a 14 year old kid sitting on your ass in Russia trying to wind up people on the internet. Go and do something a little more productive, seriously.

Oh my grand evil scheme to wind up glory hunters like you? Seems legit. No i'm definitely not a freak compared to a 14 year old kid trying to wind others up on the internet. And i don't think you know if people like me or not, except if you stalk me 24/7 which i'm assuming you don't. Mate just stop talking bollocks please, it makes absolutely no sense. Just cause you can't handle that El Clasico is a fixture with no passion in it anymore doesn't mean i'm a super villain.

Oh poor baby, seems like the whole forum can't handle that the El Clasico does not have passion.

I agree with both . Celtic vs Rangers just as fierce and passionate rivalry as Barcelona vs Real Madrid . However, Celtic vs Rangers is not one of the most watched rivalries in the world and that's a fact not an opinion , so they loose this battle .

Yes. Recently Barcelona vs Real rivalry intensity slightly declined , but I think it is because of players who are friends in the national team and make it too personal rather than football business as usual .

To me it will be several rivalries and the best one is sort of depending on individual's taste .

  1. Galatasaray vs Fenerbahce ( fans are amazing and match is like a war )

  2. Celtic vs Rangers ( same thing amazing fans )

  3. Liverpool vs United

  4. Real vs Barcelona ( not just about football but politics are involved )

  5. Benfica vs Porto

  6. Ac MIlan vs Inter Milan

  7. PSG vs Marseille ( not just about football but politics are involved too)

  8. BVB vs Schalke ( amazing fans )

Guys, calm your tits, wont ya? no need to bash or insult each other...

@Dephased: from what I read,... man, common, be reasonable, your arguments are quite childish and mostly biased, I remember when you used to imply if you are not in a city you aint their true fan, and here you GO AGAIN.... seriously man...

@tuan_jinn No thats not what i said. I am saying that those who doesn't support their local club will never understand the true meaning of a rivalry. Theres no point trying to argue that as a rivalry is based on grudge against those from that area which 90% of those not from the area the club is based won't feel. @Marcus Where is Rome Derby, Belgrade Derby, West Ham - Millwall and Hajduk Split - Dinamo Zagreb all which are more fierce than number 8 to number 3?

@Dephased: yes, it is not what you said this time, and I kinda understood what you mean about local rivalry thing, but It was what you used to say before (in one of our discussion) and you have that bias sometimes. Of course they wouldn't understand as much as the local supporter, but play down certain rivalry in your way is childish... the local thing is just one part of it. I have a feeling you googled around yourself, have you ever felt the rivalry or even watched any of those games you mentioned?
