I hate to say it but diving has become part of the game. Nowadays there are people who will argue that Neymar is just playing the game. The game has never been so competitive and simulating is in every game I watch in every part of the world. Some are more subtle, some are less but it's all the same to me. Some of the Uruguay players at this point in the game were losing their heads and Neymar knew this. He wasn't trying to dribble the player or keep the ball, he was taunting him to get a foul so he can get him sent off or make him lose his concentration. Basically, in everyday terms, he was just doing everything he can to win.

That air kiss action that he did, if he does that against Pepe, he will probably get murdered or something.
