Yeah the Clasico really set that one straight. Barcelona are unquestionably better than Madrid right now. I really hope Bayern draws Barcelona in the CL, because I still think Bayern is better but I'd like to be able to confirm that.

Its hard to say if a team is better than the other at this level, its a little cocky to say that cl has only one favourite... Bayern is Bayern their ticket for the semi final is almost granted, after the semi, everything is possible.

Meanwhile this Madridista here has his fingers crossed that we don't get humiliated again this season...

@tiki_taka: Are you so ignorant to think that we have the same team we have had when I made that comment? For one, that team was managed by Carlo Ancelotti. This one is managed by Rafa Banitez.

Nothing that I said there was wrong. Didn't Real Madrid, in Carlo's last season, at one point suffer 4-5 key injuries at the same time?

Regardless, it's good to be back. I've missed your half-assed arguments that scream, "I missed the point."

Watch. He's going to change the subject now.

Lol I thought you were happy to see CArlo leave for Rafa, anyway I guess 3 month later you miss him right now. It's never late to be realistic and no need to change topic or discuss, barca got injured their whole squad this season and see the result...

Like I said..

"Watch, he's going to change the subject now."

You do this so often and so consistently. If only your posts and/or points are so consistent.. Soon as you lose argument, you start talking about something else. Don't you have any shame?

Yeah. I was backing Rafa when he was appointed. Of course I'm going to do that. That is what a supporter is 'supposed' to do. I had his back until I realized that this guy is just wrong for the team. And he is.

Carlo with all his faults was miles better than Rafa.

If you're going to say, ooh.. But everybody knew that before the season started. It would've still been wrong not to give him my full support, regardless of his track record.

You should have learned your lesson but now man. Stop trying to make my look bad. You're only doing 'that' to yourself.

@joze ;)

DYnast could confirm this, or anyone can check it, I was very sad to see Carlo leave from the first day he was sacked. For the simple reason that MAdrid played their best football for years even Mou or Capelo couldn't do better.
He is Never the responsible of injuries or tiredness of some glory hunter players and president, nor the injuries...He took into consideration the demands of huge result of Perez and the hunger of his main striker to get feeded until the last minute to get good stats and personal glory, was it his own fault if a player keeps running that much at 4-0 in the injury time and get tired at the end ? Specially when the same player refuse to get subbed ?
People who were happy to get him sacked didn't respect his work and probably have limited football knowledge because they think a team is winning by itself and coaches are just responsible of substitutions...
No surprise why almost these same people doesn't give credit to Pep, they just think it's easy to ride a Ferrari and win the race no matter who's the pilot while if the pilot is used to ride a fiat he could crush the Ferrari in 3 month.
It was not genius analyse to predict that Rafa would struggle specially the fact that he wasn't backed by nobody even the players were behind Carlo.
The right punishement for Perez and his blind followers is to cry now after Carlo's departure, and credit to Madridistas who showed support to the guy who reinvented their midlefield dominance. Not showing support to the guy who won la decima with style and getting a winning streak with a perfect midlefield control is a sign of footballing lack of knowledge, clearly and im being kind here. At least imo.

Now LONG LIVE BENITEZ :)

^He has issues. Clearly. I decided not to continue simply because it seems he's incapable of understanding a simple thing. Really not worth my time. I had a few discussions with him and each time, I've been hoping it'll be different but it's the same thing every time. I'm just going to avoid him from now on.

@tiki: It has nothing to do with your comprehension of English but rather your comprehension of posts themselves and how you respond without any flow or logic behind them. Just throw a bunch of different sentences that do not connect or make sense. Go annoy somebody else.

Chelsea8: Ronaldo has missed penalties before but it's just so rare that I thought it was news worthy, at least sarcastically.

In Greece we have a moto for people like you ''either the sea is wrong or your ship is going the wrong direction.
Your stubbornness with defending your arguments is clearly becoming annoying to most people here at least what I read, especially when you are wrong and since you are bringing up insults on the discussion by calling people have issues just because they disagree with you I honestly can't say anything rather than feel sorry for you and your narcissism that is making almost every thread on this site you join to suffer.

I'm probably the most rude person on this forum, but even I would've stopped short of posting something like that targeting anyone. As I've said here many times before in defending my own opinions, just because most of the people here disagree with me or tell I'm wrong does not invalidate my stated opinion.

A prime example of this would be this thread:
http://footyroom.com/forum/football-talk/will-arsenal-qualify-73445/3/

As you can see Joze, you and many others thought my stated opinion was bs and tried to smother it through insults and provocation not unlike what you're giving Amerr now. If someone is spewing bad facts, then maybe it's acceptable. If someone puts forth an opinion you don't like, and you disagree with it and argue using reason, I couldn't give less of a shit. But attempting to shame someone out of an opinion makes you look like an idiot, and is useless to the ultimate goal of my time on this forum, which is, in essence, to enlighten and be enlightened. It's hard for any of that to happen when people like you are shaming.

So, back to Amerr. He puts out opinions and analysis that not all of us agree with. But if you want to have a discussion about it, have a discussion, not a shit-show. And all I've been seeing from you recently Joze, is a shit-show.

Want me to address this thread? I don't care if you do or not. Almost no one here supported the firing of Ancellotti. But when Rafa was appointed some members, like Amerr, dared to have optimism. Why should the sacking of an old manager mean the new one is doomed to failure? Should we at least give him a few games to decide to crucify him or not? Common sense says yes, but apparently you muffins in this thread think we all should've called for his head right from the start. That's like saying United fans should've wanted Moyes sacked before he even had a game in charge.

WELL HINDSIGHT'S A BITCH INNIT?

For the record, I hoped Moyes would do well, just like most Madrid fans, who knew they'd lost a great manager and were simply hoping for the best. Apparently hope is illegal now.

Looking over all of this, you nuts accuse Madrid fans of not supporting their club, and then try to shame them off the forum when they do. Un-freaking-believable.

Is Amerr always right? No. Are any of us? I should think not. Everyone here, including myself, needs to go take a chill pill and begin to respect each other before having a size contest regarding every issue imaginable.

So all of that for the ManU African fan meme? My god I feel like I traumatized you forever since then.

Maybe my English are way too bad to make you understand. For me it is really simple when a guy that suffers from narcissism keeps repeating the same post with different words and calls I have issues I am ought to reply.

Since when I hate RM fans? When did I trashtalk their players? I maybe did 1 comment months ago about the BOO's towards the players and I didn't target any forum member.

You sympathize Amerr I get it. You hate me because I made a joke you didn't like, but after all is it 1 week ? 2 weeks? I am the 3rd person in a row and the list will get bigger.
