I wasn't sure as I knew Jose was bidding at around 12M or 15M after he initially planned a 20M. However this says that he has reconsidered and improved the 15M bid. He has confirmed that he wants the transfer to Chelsea and Atletico are a great club who actually considers what their players want. Simeone has been very kind and considerate to all players, even the ones who forced a transfer. Great buy.
