Not much of a grudge match to be honest. It was simply a fair and ferocious match to see who would go all out more. And Atletico were the victors. I'm sure we could turn the tables this time around but I would be more interested to face off against Bayern or Real. Maybe Barcelona as well.
"It was simply a fair and ferocious match to see who would go all out more. "
Oh, I agree that is what actually happened on the pitch, but there were SO many fan-boys who tried to pretend as though Chelsea "didn't play football", or some crap (and are some of the same people who now point their fingers at Atletico, despite them doing the exact same thing Mou did at Madrid), that I would really like to see them lock horns again, so Mourinho can shut those people up.

Your owners takes money from sponsors and fans and puts it in his bank accounts.
Our owner loves football and is investing in it to make the game better for the players and the fans.
I just love this comment.

There is no reason to remove that comment, logically speaking.
He's not referring to anyone nor any group. You can't seriously consider that an insult. Sure his tone may have sounded offensive, but that's just his emotion in a post. And I'm not banning emotions.
It's true many people have claimed that Chelsea didn't play 'proper football' and will/are doing the same with Atletico now. That is a fact. He's not speaking about this forum alone. The majority of non-Chelsea fans claimed that Chelsea didn't play 'proper football' (on reddit, news, podcasts, etc.) as they are claiming Atletico's football is dirty as well now.
Next time, can you please give your complaints on my wall (or any other moderators) so we don't have to obstruct the thread again. Thanks.
you are over using your moderaring powers imo, there was nothing offensive in my comments neither and look what you did.
anyway the last time i will comment one of your threads
Since you are the most active moderator here and since there is 0 moderator from any Spanish team, you need to be objective instead of being all in for Chelsea, its not Chelsea room here.
Thanks for the feedback and I apologize if you think I'm not being objective enough. I'll keep striving to be as fair as possible while being logical.
For the second time now, any complaints or feedback should be left on the wall of the mods so threads like these don't get messed up. From now on, please place any complaints or feedback on my (or any other mods) wall or your comments will be deleted.

"Don't forget that Matic, Willian, Salah and Schurrle all arrived within the last year, too. And, er, none of them came from La Liga. ;)"
What does that have to do with anything?
"(P.S. They already owned Courtois. Atletico were just lucky enough to have him on loan)"
Or maybe Atletico were intelligent enough to see Courtois' potential, and requested for repeated loans over 3 years? It suited Chelsea just fine because they still had Petr Cech on top form. Jesus, get some common sense.

@Dynast dont waste your time, we all saw how much success they got last year with those signings, competing with City and Liverpool in domestic league, i dont rate them highly on europe judging on Pitch results that some fan boys usually ignore here.
Chelsea will dominate their League this year, but to dominate Europe is a harder bet because the level is much much higher, im not deniying their chances, with the latest signing they streghned drastically but it wont be that easy to lift the Graal of Europe.
Courtois is from Belgium by the way, and he certainly didnt got formed in ×England, he stepped a level in ×Spain and now his owner team will benefit from it, they should thank Simeone for the great work..
Willian who ?

@Tiki
I actually place my bets on either Barcelona, Atletico, or Chelsea to win UCL this season. I think that all three are very balanced and dangerous. I'm ruling Madrid out because I don't believe we will be able to cope without di Maria as well as we could with him.
@Dynastian maybe I'm wrong but I don't think that Atlético will go even to semi-finals this year in UCL.
@Dynastian lel Madrid will probably get to the final against Chelsea :)
Dont forget the German teams, very present lately and still strong.
@Dynast:
"What does that have to do with anything?"
It dispels the idea that Chelsea's current squad was built on La Liga imports, which was being implied. Pretty simple stuff, no?
"Or maybe Atletico were intelligent enough to see Courtois' potential, and requested for repeated loans over 3 years?"
How much intelligence does it take to continue to say Yes to an offer to have one of the world's best young goalies for free? Jesus, get some common sense.
"Jesus, get some common sense."
Right back at you. I'm the one pointing out that Chelsea have been sitting pretty this WHOLE time, and that they were the ones being most intelligent about it. Atletico Madrid's success has (in a large part) been thanks to Courtois, no? Well, they owe Chelsea for the opportunity to have him. Do you think he wouldn't have become awesome somewhere else, too? Chelsea spotted his potential 3 years ago, managed to get him top-flight experience at a club which are not a direct domestic rival, and now are cashing in.
That's genius business. And now? Atletico no longer have Courtois (nor Costa nor Felipe Luis).
So, again: get some common sense?

"i dont rate them highly on europe judging on Pitch results that some fan boys usually ignore here"
What, results like making a CL semi-final in 2014? Like winning it in 2012, and the EL in 2013, and taking Bayern to penalties in the Super Cup?
"Chelsea will dominate their League this year, but to dominate Europe is a harder bet because the level is much, much higher,"
Which is probably why Barcelona haven't done very well in Europe the last few seasons, including losing to 10-man Chelsea in 2012, being destroyed 7-0 by Bayern in 2013, and being knocked out by Atletico in 2014's quarters.
After all, we're going by PITCH RESULTS, aren't we? ;)
Chelsea have a much better claim to be considered one of the heavyweights, this year, than Barcelona, imo. We have to remember that while Barcelona usually dominate their league....
....when they get to Europe the level is much, much harder. ;)

Barça last year destroyed the team that destroyed TOttenham 11-1. So please.
And i was talking about City and Liverpool who proved nothing outside europe, Chelsea is a recognized force even if they had no chance to win it last year.
The fact is we were far better last year against Non Spanish teams, we dominated nothing and still destroyed PL mighty champions home and away, and this you cant nothing about it but just cry, you disapeared for 4 months because you just had no explanation despite our shitty defense.
How about Betis relegated in Spain and still did better than Spurs in EL. Dont look for me the 7-0 isnt last year and i have some fresh things to make you STFU quickly.

You only played one decent one, and they went down to 10 men in both legs (bit of a pattern that one, isn't it?). Bayern would have taken you to pieces again, if City had scored just one more goal in their group.
Pitch results, remember. Pitch results. Both Arsenal, Chelsea and City have done what Barcelona haven't, in the last 3 years: beaten the German champions.
