Before giving my prediction, i want to say that Atletico is one of the hardes teams to accomplish a come back against, they are more confortable while leading the score.
I noticed an apparent weakness, their LB position. After Fellipe Luis departure, they signed 2 good players Siquiera and Gamez as a second choice, Barça insisted on the left wing where the 3 goals came from, also many chances missed started from there.
Atletico has a clear unbalance in defense, Miranda injured, Gimenez is doing a good job and the pair Godin/Gimenez works well, Juanfran for moe is the best RB in the world but Gamez looked very poor defensively on 1 vs 1.

If Carvajal is on a great day and Madrid midlefied insists on the Left flank, they may stand a chance if Atleti doesnt score, 1 goal from Atleti and the game is over because 4-1 seems unlikely despite the apparent weakness...

Chances of qualification : 25% for Madrid, 75% for Atletico.

My prediction : 2-1 or 3-1 and Atletico goes through...

I am mad and negative.. 1 win in 4 matches is bullshit... I wanted the treble, nothing less is to be expected from a team like this, I understand you won't always win everything, but still... I am even more mad because Atletico should have never had that penalty in the first place (Say it was all you want, it wasn't) and no I'm not blaming the ref, but it still shouldn't have happened... Letting FERNANDO TORRES score 2 goals against you at home is pathetic, and should never happen. He's been wank for almost 5 years... There were so many unacceptable errors in defense... Benzema, as usual not showing up. He's great for 5 matches, then disappears for 6-7 matches, and that is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. It's also annoying, that both matches Atleti defend with 10 men and in the first match, get lucky enough to get a penalty, and then score a corner... Ancelotti should ALWAYS use a strong line up against Atletico, its more than just a cup match, its a derbi, so there are bragging rights involved. Does Ancelotti not get that? Playing Arbeloa? (in the first round) He's the worst right back I have ever seen... I'd personally pay Madrid to strand him on a desert island... This is the problem, Atletico score a goal, and sit back on it to score on the counter (yes, I know Madrid did it vs Bayern and Barca, but its annoying when it happens against you). Real's players started kicking Atletico's in the last 5 minutes of the game, and I enjoyed every single kick, because thats what its like to play Atletico, only they do it for 90 minutes. Now we Madrid fans have to wait for next season for another chance at the treble... Something else that really makes me mad is the fact that its ATLETICO, smh... Thats a game Madrid should ALWAYS with no excuse win. I miss Modric so much, if we had him we would have probably gone through... You can see the difference, with Modric was absolutely dominated Barcelona, without Modric, we couldn't beat Patetico de Madrid (yes, I know its an insult, just let me finish my rant so I can get all this off my chest). I miss you Luka, and every Madridista does... Ancelotti always gets James off in the middle of the second half, he didn't have his best game but still... Jese didn't do much better, he's just coming back from a 8 month injury, and in a high intensity match vs Atletico (who would shoot you with M14's if possible) its risky to ahve him on the pitch, he isn't 100% fit, he needs more time to adapt again and to return to his best form... Another thing that Ancelotti is doing WRONG is playing James as a center mid in a 4-3-3. Give James a #10 spot, where he is one of the best on, and he can play just like he did in Brazil, a CM spot isn't his preferred role, he's shown it when Madrid play 4-4-2 with him as a RM/RCAM. he gets more space, and gets to create better chances... Also, I know Keylor is good, but in a derbi, Casillas should always play, it doesn't matter if it means Keyloar playing a few league games, but all tournaments should be just as important... Iker, el Santo de Madrid, should always play these type of matches, I would take him over Neuer (Yes, Neuer is the better keeper, but I wouldn't change Iker for anything in the world). The energy and passion Iker transmits on the pitch is irreplaceable. I guess I'm done with my rant. You could call it a book I guess, lemme see if I can sell a few copies and it could end up as a New York best seller eh? :D Anyways, please no hate or what ever, not in the mood. And yes, I AM MAD.
