Why are people comparing Madrid fans booing Morata to Lampard and Fabregas? What is the reasoning behind that? Are all of you incapable of using your brains? Lampard is an all-time legend at Chelsea, and one of the best midfielders of his generation. Cesc spent some 8 years at Arsenal being one of the most creative and talented players in the league, and was a part of the Invincibles squad. Who is Morata to Madrid fans? Just another youth product who didn't really contribute much to the team. He hardly played full games, scored a few goals, and was a promising young player. But he didn't spend more than 3 years at the club. Morata is nothing when compared to Lampard or Cesc. Why would anyone ever think of comparing Lampard's return to Stamford Bridge to Morata's return to the Bernabeu? Completely different class of players.
For those who didn't even watch the game, Morata was only being whistled by tiny portions of the crowd. Most of the crowd refused to whistle or clap when Morata scored. This is a Champions League semi-final where the difference between the 11th CL trophy and a trophyless season hangs in the balance. Not some average league match where the crowd would be willing to clap for a previous player.

Still no reason to boo him. He played for Real hardly, and now he is playing for Juventus still hardly. I would kinda understand if Morata celebrated the goal, but he showed respect.
Every player gives best of himself on field. No one deserves to be whistled.

Man I am reading the predications from the very beginning. It is interesting how things turn out.
Booing is not cool, is not cool booing Cassilas, not cool booing Morata.
Can't tell every fan of Rm booed them but it was obviously heard.
