Thoughts after final whistle?
I think Real totally deserved it, no mistakes, everyone played fantastic in both matches.

Bayern get so angry when they lose.

quote TheGame: "They don't understand that there is a balance between attack and defense that R. Madrid have but Chelsea clearly don't (too defensive with a horrendous strike force)."

+1 bravo

Chelsea can learn from Real's attack. You can park the bus with with Schurlle Hazard Eto up front then you WILL win.

Yeah, Bayern totally lost it, the foul on CR7 by Dante, the anger of Ribery when he thought Pepe was acting (Pepe got hit by the ball in his face)... Pretty much summed up everything. Real owned them

the only logic reaction to this game is : "holy sh*t !" I knew Madrid were in a good position after the first leg, but NOTHING prepared me for that ! I was expecting a very very close game, even extra time. But Bayern got 100% outplayed and on top of that most of their players acted like sore losers the whole game. Ribery even slapped Carvajal. Talking about Carvajal, he totally had Ribery in his pocket. And Pepe and Ramos ? Just as good as for the first leg if not better ! And don't get me started on Modric, I've said it before, I'll say it again, this man is the most brilliant player in this team. Ronaldo was great, scored two goals, but Modric, Modric is a genius. He reminds me of Zidane. And Bale/Benzema/Ronaldo/Di Maria, these four guys together with Modric and Alonso feeding them long balls, they are the most impressive attacking four in Europe. The way Real Madrid counterattacks is absolutely ruthless. And big props to Ancelotti, he brought the 4-3-3 in which Di maria and Modric really shine. He's done something to this Madrid side. You can't help but like them, they are so entertaining. I hope they get their decima because they are a glorious team.

About Bayern, it's true, Pep brought them backwards. Many have said it already, but last year's bayern would never have been distmantled so easily. Tiki Taka is not dead, not when it brings you to the semis of the CL and makes you league champions, but Pep can't make it as dominant as it was with barca anymore. And yeah, tiki taka is boring, so good ridance. Looking forward to tomorrow's game. Good night everyone.

@KingHenry: I have always said that too. Modric is the man, in goal.com and whoscored he got MOTM every once in a few games... the guy is the best player of Real this year.

If anyone dislikes him, there is something wrong with him/her. There is NOTHING in Modric that can make anyone to hate him.

MU almost got him and I still feel sore for Real to take him first :(

RM finally got an adequate coach, soeone who wins with class and keeps harmony with the players. i much more prefer this approach and that's why i consider Ancelotti better than Mourinho.

Madrid was a little blip in Mou's career. He's been loved and immensely successful at almost every other club.

Ramos: Never giving up.

Bayerns reactions to Di Maria, Pepe, and even Ronalso was stupid. Making them get up straight away. They need to learn to lose and deal with it. Guardiola was disappointing in the CL this season

" Multi-team supporting glory hunter you."

  • Lol. I think my favorite team/nation is clearly displayed as "Real Madrid, Germany", so I'm quite confused to what you mean by "glory hunter", haha. You make it sound like a football fan can't appreciate good football when he/she sees it.

Been following Mourinho since he came to Chelsea . Everywhere he went , he had a full trust and loyalty of the squad . Especially loyalty from captains .

There were Three captains in Madrid ( Casillas , Ramos and Alonso ) : two of them rebelled and acted completely unprofessional . ( I have never respect Alonso as much as I did during Mourinho's last year , true professional and world class example , probably something he learned in Liverpool ) It was fully their fault for destroying the unity of the squad in very important period of the season . And Media just put more gasoline into fire .

Mourinho was loved and still is loved by the players he brought in to the club and also those who he helped to improve , but rest are all sore grapes and traitors .

Now they are following Ancelotti , not making the same mistake with Mourinho .

No one criticized Ancelotti for keeping Casillas on the bench ..... No one criticized Ancelotti for parking bus

Ancelotti is great manager , love him for his time in Chelsea and followed him in Milan during Shevchenko times , but if comparing him to Mourinho , he is not same level as Mourinho . Real Madrid is Mourinho's work just as Chelsea was Mous when Ancelotti came to us . Ancelotti makes few little changes and lets the team to flow the way it was flowing and not making radical changes like Mourinho likes to do .

To you, Mourinho will never be at blame.

No one rebelled in the Madrid locker room. Get me some articles with facts about it and I'll believe you. Not a single person rebelled. Mourinho himself ended up dividing the locker room because he couldn't control all the egos inside of it. Ancelotti has controlled them, and Pellegrini had too. But that's one place Mou failed.

Pep is a good coach. However, I never thought he was the right fit for Bayern. Bayern are an attacking team. They play from the wings, with pace. They like to dominate games based on brutality in attack and counter at immense speed. That's Bayern's identity as a club which is what made them historic. Now introduce Pep. He plays possession game that is better suited to teams with little wing play. Barcelona with all the talent on wings, never really used wingers to the same extent as Bayern Munchen or Manchester United. Wingers were used for creating lanes for others mainly. That is Barcelona's style and identity. Pep somehow managed to change this Bayern into a possession based team is a little shocking to me, but at the same time, with all that midfield talent, I am not surprised either. Today's loss can be attributed to the simple fact that Bayern lost the battle on set pieces. That comes down to coaching. Look at Pep's Barcelona. They were HORRIBLE at set pieces. The same with Bayern. United showed the cracks, and Real took advantage of it even more. Heynckes would not have let that happen. I find that it is completely Pep's fault for not coaching on set pieces. This Bayern team had the best chance to repeat last year's success and couldn't do it. Weather Pep is the right coach or not, time will tell. I do not think he is the right coach for Bayern Munchen (club identity per se)...he has more of a finesse game style rather than brutality in attack.

hahah Ancelotti controlling them ? BS . Casillas and Ramos some how by miracle they realized how dumb they were for starting rebellion against Mourinho and decided not to make same mistake . Evolution , mate .

I am sorry, but I can't believe you really call yourself a Real Madrid fan ?

I found this in few seconds ... I don't have time to dig in more . I am sure we had this discussion before .

http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/european/real-madrid-defender-alvaro-arbeloa-admits-immature-players-let-down-jose-mourinho-as-he-starts-at-chelsea-8641505.html

Alvaro Arbeola was man enough to stand up for his coach . ( I guess again something he gladly learned in Liverpool like Alonso ) .

You can tell who was rat in the squad . The ones that did not rebel , all were wishing Mourinho stays and openly showed it and praised him .

"Casillas and Ramos some how by miracle they realized how dumb they were for starting rebellion against Mourinho and decided not to make same mistake . Evolution , mate . "

LOL. That logic is so dumb, it gave me a good laugh.

Hilarious.

"There is a good group of players here and we all have a good relationship but perhaps we lacked maturity at times. This coach has won wherever he has gone and it is strange that here, where he had the best squad he has ever had, is where he has won the least." - Alvaro Arbeloa

That is what Arbeloa said. I fail to see how that shows the players rebelled. Maybe if you could tell us more on how you know absolutely everything about Real Madrid and Jose Mourinho's time there, and how pathetic and disgraceful our players are. Tell me more. I'm interested.

No seriously, give me some proof. And then I'll believe you. Arbeloa didn't say a word about your so-called "rebellion". Back you claims with proof. Otherwise you're just a liar.
