I think Pep and Arjen are actually whining, but very passively, as to not make themselves look worse than they already do by drawing with a mediocre Manchester United side. Remember they're supposedly the best team in Europe this season.
What Pep and Arjen really want to say is how ugly Manchester United's tactics were.
What do you expect to do against a team that passes the ball more than they run? If less Bayern players crowded around United's penalty area, less United players would sit back and park that supposed bus. Pep's style calls for this type of defense. Even when Arsenal played against Bayern the first time around, when they still had 11 players on the pitch that is, they played the counter.
