Zappacosta transfer is what happens when you trust your manager with transfers... perfect type of player to help Conte's system. Better than Moses for sure. He is workacholic, solid defensive abilities but sometimes out of place, however going forward is his main pro.

@chelsea8, I think we will soon see how good they are when they match us in group stages, if they show good stuff then they are defo contenders from top with Real Madrid. We are often average in groups but whatever. We'll see what they got.

I second Amir's message :) they got a strong attack, but haven't made much improvement in other areas besides adding Dani Alves

@Yvan Was thinking the same, their attack is word class and propably one of the best in the word but can't say the same about their midfield and defense. I mean Alves, Thiago Silva and Verratti are all good enough in my opinion but they need a better defensive midfielder, a player with more skills ans consistency than Rabiot or Pastore in midfield and a world class keeper cause neither Areola or Trapp is.

@Emo yea idk how effective they'll be against a top class defense like Juventus or Atletico. And, last season it wasn't their attack what got them eliminated against Barcelona :p

@Emo no problem, Messi scored more goals in total but Mbappe at 18 scored vs Buffon and won the league title last season, Messi only won the domestic Cup which is nothing for Barcelona but Monaco winning the league over PSG and going so far battling it vs Juventus is more impressive for this 18 year old kid that can already play on the biggest football stages.

Mbappe is an 18 year old winger that scored 15 goals in the league and 6 in Champions League, show me a player that did that at 18 years old, I don't think Messi was so good at his age :D
