@Croatian Marseille now have Rolando and Rami while Lyon have N'koudou and Marcelo so I agree it make more sense to join Stoke who just lost Martin Indi.

@quikzyyy This pop every single year but it still isn't propable. The only reason Neymar would have to join PSG is to play with some of his brazilian team-mate (Alves, Thiago Silva), be the main man and of course, money. Chance of winning the CL is much slimmer and his fame propably won't improve as well. Ligue 1 isn't the league with the most coverage after all.

  • PSG renew interest in Alexis Sanchez and favourites to sign Arsenal forward

Wonga 4D chess. Sell Alexis to PSG. Sign Lemar. Mbappe sees PSG are strong as fuck and Monaco are much weaker, so we sign him too... Quadruple!

@quikzyyy Right now, PSG is desperate for a big signing. I wouldn't worry too much about it for now.

  • An agreement for Perisic between United and Inter is close on hand. Seriously? Why you wanna buy him? Don't tell me you actually want to bench my boy Martial. :(
  • Pepe Reina could return to the PL and join Manchester City side to replace West Ham bound Joe Hart.
  • Liverpool close to sign Andy Robertson from Hull.
  • Wojciech Szczesny is in Turin for his medical like Quikzyyy reported before me.
  • Alexis Sanchez won't be sold this summer after all and he will remain with Arsenal next season wether he sign a new contract or not.

@emo

Perisic fast attacking winger in his prime can play on either wing and behind the striker . Gives more depth to United .

@marcus Yeah, but for the amount of money they signing him, I doubt he is gonna be a back, rotation player. :(

Edit: Woah, shocking news, Aubameyang might stay at BVB this sumer after all. The club chosed they didn't wanted to make other transfer so they won't sell any player. Seem unlikely to me as they given since the 24 of this month to get thing sort out normaly. :S Hope I'm wrong because after endin their interest in Morata, Chelsea would have to move for Aguero and if its their last chance at getting a top quality striker, City might well refuse to sell, making it sure they end up stuck with Batshuayi as main striker next season. :U

Wenger on Alexis: "The decision has been made & we will stick to that. The decision is not to sell."

Well.. I don't know, if PSG bid. 50m or something like that I'd take it buy Lemar, Mahrez and another CM.

@Lebonhommebanal Oh, are you another french speaking user mate? If so, je te souhaite le bonjour, if not, I wish you well all the same and welcome to the forum. Neymar to PSG would be one of the biggest transfer of the season for sure and even though I was very unconvinced, the fact there is report of it happening does is a sign. Still, those report could simply be fake. J'espère qu'ils sont vrai pour les fan du PSG en tout cas. ;)

@Quikzyyy Actually, there is report of agreement between Neymar and PSG. Of course, the report could be fake, but that could be the break Barca needed for this mercato, with that amount of money, they could sign Coutinho and maybe even Verratti. Deulofeu is already coming back so he could potentialy take Neymar place for the time being as well. Would actually be interesting. :)

Detail on Hart transfer to West Ham. :( http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-4706878/West-Ham-confirm-loan-signing-Joe-Hart-Man-City.html

Why would Neymar leave Barca for PSG tho? Makes no sense for player.. and from Neymar to Deulofeu would be pretty huge step down mo..

@Emobot7, merci pour ce chaleureux accueil et ces très aimables paroles. Oui, je parle français.

@Quikzyy, There are many possible reasons.
First, Neymar wants to be the only leader of a team, to win the Ballon d'Or. Messi is an obstacle.
Then, the PSG has many Brazilian internationals. Lucas, Marquinhos, Dani Alves, Thiago Silva. Some of them are good freinds of Neymar. Maxwell is the new sports director and he is convincing.
Finally, Esporte Interativo is a renowned Brazilian newspaper. It can not be a hoax.

Would you leave Messi to play with Lucas? No offense but it's a huge step down..

@Lebonhomme Pas de problème l'ami, ça fait plaisir! ;) And I agree with the point you brought up.

@quikzyyy To be fair, I never saw Neymar as a very loyal player to Barcelona, of course its a famous, strong club and it has some of the best player. However, if Neymar want to become the main man of the team, he would need to get rid of Messi, but as you know, its not happening if he stay in Barcelona. Also, the quality of a team like PSG isn't so bad, they should have defeated Barca in the CL, only reason they didn't was because ref was completely against them imo. So yeah, its not an huge step down, it even mean he will be the main man, that he join a team with nearly infinite budget and with tons of young player who are still improving. So yeah, PSG project has more than enough potential to suceed something impressive next season. What more, if he signed, it would propably help PSG recruit other player. Also, its fun to think that but if he joined PSG, he would still play with a striker from Uruguay and a Winger from Argentina. :D

Edit: You do realize Lucas is propably gonna be sold this summer. :U

I really hope Barcelona's Bartomeu keeps being useless and Neymar doesn't go to PSG ;) With what they'd be getting for him, they could go for some of their targets in this transfer market while keeping their strongest two of the trio up front. That'd make me a bit concerned :o

543 11478

@Yvan21 Bad news, if PSG really want to pay the release clause, then its only between Neymar and PSG. Bartomeu won't be able to say anything about it. :( But I agree, Barca with 222M should be able to sign quite a few player, could be very dangerous in fact. Release clause sure make football more interesting at time, don't they?

@quikzyyy After thinking about it, I'm really not sure anymore to be fair. I wish it would happen for it would make the transfer window more interesting, however, it wouldn't be the first time a reliable source lied and I would be very surprised if the move actually happened. I just don't know what to think anymore. :(

Barcelona selling Neymar is really bad for them, Neymar is still only 25 years old.
PSG already trashed Barcelona 4:0 at home, selling their starting player to them would be suicide, nobody sober would ever give Neymar to PSG.

Emobot7 7 years ago
543 11478

@Golazo Well, it would never happen if Neymar didn't have a release clause, that for sure.

@Quikzyyy @Lebonhomme Anyway, the report said it would happen in the two next week, so I guess debating whether it'll happen or not for now doesn't really matter. Lets wait and see what happen. :)

Well, he can be the main man in PSG however, his only chances of winning the ballon d'Or would be smashing both Real & Barcelona and winning the UCL or winning the WC 2018. I kinda doubt that PSG got that ability..

@Emo part from the release clause does Neymar really want to leave Barcelona? I don't think so.
