How do Arsenal fans feel about the potential sale of the Ox (not necessarily to Chelsea)?

@JuanMata Amir said he was mostly okay if they could get 40M back for him. However, he'd rather not sale him to a direct rival.

JuanMata10

I wouldn't mind selling him if the asking price is met. If I were to be lead Arsenal I'd sell him to be honest. He's really good on his day, and he can play in various positions, but unfortunately he only turns up once every 5 matches or so, like Walcott. If we want to challenge for leagues, the OX is not someone to do it with. I'd prefer if Arsenal kept Giroud instead.

If we keep him we keep him, but I would personally only sell him if the asking price of 40 million was met ; regardless of the team (except Tottenham)

Emobot7

I don't mind selling to Chelsea in this one deal. The reason I say that is because I feel that both Pedro and Willian are better than the OX, and if a deal involves your rivals having to likely sell the player for less than they bought them for, then I'm all for it.

I'm not sure why they want him, but they can have him for 40 million, but I doubt Wenger will sell him to Chelsea.

We rather not pay 40 mil for someone who can't establish themselves in Arsenals starting line up . No matter how arrogant this sounds , I will stick to this opinion . So amir you can tell Wenger to shove him up deep in his .... winter coat pocket ..

Even as a United fan I have to agree with this. I wouldn't pay more than 20M for Axel, and I don't think any big club should want to buy him in the first place.

Times have changed, real and everton are asking above 70 mill for their strikers ffs, 70mill back then could give you ronaldinho.

Lol guys you sold Oscar for 55 mil, and Ramirez for the same. And you are asking for a decent price ?
As Marcus said, Any club willing to sell a forward to Chelsea will ask a high price, specially at the end of the mercato so better get into action soon.

Agree with Marcus here, Ox is not CL material specially when Douglas Costa is in the market and cheaper.

@Tiki They sold those two to China though. :P Not exactly the best example even though I kind of agree with you.

Not sure how confirmed it is, but Liverpool and Roma would have agree on fee for Salah and he should soon be England to conclude the deal. :) Wouldl be great for the reds to have their first recruit soon. ;)

@emo show me the Picture first

@tiki

PSG was ready to give 50 mil a year before for Oscar .

Excellent purchase for Liverpool . Once again they will prove how clueless they are in transfermarket . I was so happy when Salah left !! Shit why the fck did we buy him in first place ? I think it was just simply to say , we can .

@quikzyyy I know, but I'm supposing they buying him to add dept to their side, they do have to worry about Champion League this season. Maybe Klopp is also gonna try to experiment a bit with Mane or him. :S

@Marcus I'll show you but don't back down on me after seeing it. Here it is:

And here are the rumours for today:

  • Juventus to offer Alex Sandro in a last attempt to keep him at the club, despite Chelsea offer.
  • Cologne striker Anthony Modeste close to a move to China after a superb season with his club. Tianjin Quanjian is the club interested in him.
  • West Brom would like to sign Jay Rodriguez from Southampton.
  • Jose Mourinho is now suspected of tax fraud as well. Is everyone in football do that? Maybe I should try it as well. :P
  • A £100M Sunderland takeover could become a reality. Two rival bids, one in Germany and one by a multi national consortium lead by Sunderland fan and financed in part by americain money.
  • Banega want to leave Inter and go back to spain.
  • Real had made no bid during election process at Real Madrid.
  • Lucas Moura could join Inter Milan as a replacement for Ivan Perisic.
  • Manchester United are wary of getting embarked into a transfer saga for Ronaldo that could screw with their pre-season preparatin.
  • No contact for Belloti after all if we are to believe Torino's director.
  • Coentrao would have already signed a deal at Sporting Lisbon.
  • Moussa Dembele, the Celtic striker, could join Everton this summer.
  • Chelsea are also interested in Dani Alves.
  • Matic could rejoin Jose Mourinho at Man United.
  • Spartak Moscou are interested Thomas Meunier.
  • Aleix Vidal or Darmian could join juventus to replace Dani Alves.
  • AC Milan are hoping Donnaruma will go back on his choice and chose to sign a contract extension with them.
  • OM could be interested in Ochoa.
  • Renne want to bring Aboubakar back in ligue 1.
  • Barca ready to put 80M euro for Verratti. Doubt it gonna be enough.
  • Jose find Ronaldo too costy considering his age and don't want Manchester United to move for him.
  • Borja Valero could be the first Inter recruit this season.
  • Antero Henrique, PSG new director want to make a big transfer this season and it seem Belotti would be his target. Paris are propably hoping that this transfert help convince Verratti (who is good friend with Belotti) to stay.
  • Bayern and Juventus would have found an agreement for Douglas Costa.
  • AC Milan could move for Rui Patricio if Donnaruma does leave this summer.

And the official stuff:

  • Harvard Nordtveit from West Ham to Hoffenheim.
  • Roma have agreed a deal in principle to sell Mohamed Salah to Liverpool.

  • Cristian Bucchi is Sassuolo new coach.

Hey guys, Chelsea are now eyeing Lewandoski after the striker would have become unsettled at Bayern. Seriously, Chelsea are looking desperate to sign a world class striker right now and its not like making it clear they won't keep Costa help them in future deal with other team. :( Anyway, what are your thought on the matter?
