@Dynastian Yeah the teams with money have the good and expensive players but thats the point! Thats why it ruins football and takes away club identity. The club identity is not based on success its based on the managers, homegrown talent, club philosophy and supporters. AC Milan hasn't lost its identity one bit, what the hell are you talking about? No Real Madrid hasn't regained its identity as that was all lost when the money came not regained the identity was there when they produced their owned talent and had owners who were lifetime supporters of the club. Tough RMD has never had a great passionate support (Most passionate madrid football fans support Atletico/Rayo/Getafe as they are the working class areas, RMD is traditionally an upper/middle class club) it was much better than it is today.
Yeah, you can buy a world class player for thirty million pounds, whats the relevance? Getting good players doesn't mean its constructive its the opposite. Fans get driven out, atmospheres dimmer and its loses its identity. Those three things are the things that should never happen at football the quality of the players at your club isn't an issue.

Do you think fans of League 2 sides or National Conference league in England cares about football players being good? Of course not, and they are the ones being vocal because they support their club and their area not the players, hence why a Portsmouth game has a better atmosphere than Real Madrid although it plays in League 2 and hasn't a big fan base outside of the Portsmouth area.

Take a look at Athletic Bilbao, they only recruit basque players and produce masses of local talent this is one of the reasons they are probably the club with most of its identity remaining after foreign investments started coming into european football, their fans are from the local area and mostly all basque and creates and electric atmosphere and passion. Not for football, not for the players but for Bilbao as a city and the Basque Country as a whole. Thats identity not buying Figo, Beckham ,Ronaldo and stars like Real did.

Milan stopped to be an Europeen top team since they sold Ibra and Thiago Silva, and PSG took their place. Even Verratti wont change PSG for Milan actually, and Lucas Moura said it will be a regression in his career if he sign to Juventus, dont even ask him for Milan.
The battle is lost on the pitch, on communication and on economical terms...
Now your team need to adapt to modern Football top level, and your opinion need to upgrade to reality.

Correct and 3 World cup of clubs, i didnt put the old ones but they won 2 lately in 1999 and 2003.
I corrected it, and added previous World cup of club trophies to the new competition number, i checked twice the stats now and there is no mistake now.

my fatal mistake here, was to say that ACM is the most successful club in europe. but by saying that, i really meant the most successful in european and world competitions, because, as a matter of fact, that's the CORRECT way to compare clubs from different leagues.

I dont know about identity, but your team stopped to have a big team mentality, as simple as that.
You actually dont have any player that can interest Europeen best clubs, and even if i like Milan as a club, i dont think they could reach a Europeen level.

The Italian level is another thing, they can qualify to CL maybe next year but no Italian team can compete in Europe. Even Juventus is not that good, and i consider Milan reaching Juventus level already a success.
So yes, at least for the next 5 years, its safe to say that Milan wont have a bright Europeen future.

I only tell you that to stop being arrogant, the last 2 Europeen class players you had were Zlatan and Silva. We are far from this level actually i dont see any big star going to Milan when he is performing.

Copa gambardella or Circus cities Cup are not important in a club Palmares, your team had a great History but not the best. Deal with it.
