Benzema was just testing our patience. Yes his playing style opens up many goal opportunities but he missed WAY too many chances to make it justified.

Spot on. It was grapple game and things happened in split seconds. Salah grabbed Ramos' arm and when they both lost balance, they instinctively looked for safe landing, nothing intentional. And it was the other shoulder that got injured.
