Hey mate, how are you? I didn't knew if you heard, but the final Evangelion movie from the Rebuild "tetralogy" of movie has been announced to be coming in 2020. I found the news out because I just watched the third movie recently. Thought I let you know just in case.

LOL that's cool, but I'll keep my hopes down until it is actually released. And hope you made sense of the movies so far!

Yeah, pretty much, I was a bit shocked with the third one though, did not expect them to make a jump in the future but it was refreshing considering they never did with any other version before. :)

Howdy mate? Anyway, thought I share with you that I finished Evangelion, both the series and the movie they made after it. It was pretty good, in a memorable and unique way. Also made a research wich lead me to know the ending wasn't actually rushed because of lack of budget but because the director chosed the ending of the show at the last minute (or not, some other source I found contradict this). They also did a few movies in the 2000s who serve as a reboot to the original. Pretty incredible to realize how big this show was and propably still is in Japan. ;)

Oh really? That could be it too :p I think it's likely like a combination of both because the 2 last eps (25-26) reused a lot of past animation, but I think that as a whole that's the ending the director wanted. But a lot of fans complained so he had to do the ending movie.

And funny you mention the rebuild movies cause I just watched them the other day all in one go :p There's still a fourth one that's supposed to come out, but it's been delayed for ages now.
I'd suggest watching them if you haven't because it's not a complete copy and paste from the original TV series, and it's got really nice animation.

But yea, it's one of those shows/animes that's really influenced a lot of the ones that came out afterwards :)

Completely agree, will propably try to watch the rebuild movie at one point, hopefully, soon. Hope the fourth one come out soon as well. Cheers. :D

Nah, its okay mate, lots of comment getting lost when its on the wall. Notification for the wall are actually just beside the profile replies notification. You'll get used to it yet mate. ;)
