If someone says NONSENSE about Juventus or Italy then I have the right to retaliate. Why not ban the people who say nonsense all the time instead of giving me advice ??

If you don't mind it, then fine, also, its fine to retaliate against people who say thing against team you love, however, you gotta do so in civil manner, if what they say really go too far and break the rule, don't get banned for those idiot, its not worth it, instead, report it to moderator. Nobody want you banned but if you use offensive language directly against other user or team, we will have no choice.
