You say what you want but right now, Bayern, City, Liverpool or even Chelsea are better than this PSG team.
As per usual, (like a lot of punditry) you suffer from recency bias and a deficiency in long term memory/long term thinking. You judge teams on their last 90 minutes.
Your second point is right as other leagues are more popular.
Now let's look at your last point.
In the last 21yrs:
-serie A and la liga had 4 different winners
-premier league had 6 different winners
-Ligue 1 had 8 different winners
This already invalidates your last point, as the most competitive league is the one which has the most winners, and that is Ligue 1. It gets worse for you because juventus won the title for 9 seasons in a row. This is more than the other leagues and serie A has the joint least winners, making serie A the least competitive league.
To conclude, this suggests that you have a strong and unfair bias against ligue 1

Everybody says PSG has galactico team, but when you look at the midfield it really isnt a galactico miidfield...
Our best midfielder behind our starting 3 is BY FAR Marquinhos (i know he plays CD).
Danilo, Paredes, Wijnaldum, Draxler have never impressed me (Paredes SOMETIMES, but god was he bad today ...)
Bad tactics as well.
On the positif side, it's thew first real game for a few players here, it's a draw, not all is bad. And Nuno Mendes looks very interesting.
Bad tactics as well, should have changed that midfield at least at half time.

Anyway PSG were too offensively balanced and were outnunmbered in the midfield. This was because Poch did not dare to sub Neymar or Messi. Verratti once again showed how much he means to their midfield, his absence was obvious. Also I would have put Marquinhos as a DMC instead of the useless Paredes, they would have needed his presence there. And too bad Mbappe went off, he was doing good.
Brugge were so much hungrier and felt like they had to prove a point of not being a punchbag.
