Ok guys, some points which you can argue:
1. Pickford is fucking shit. All he knows is to kick the ball as far as possible.
2. Declan Rice is not worth €80m. He is like a slim version on Harry Mcguire. I would rather have Philips all day long.

If not for being in a completely offside position, Lukaku would've never been able to react to that ball coming into the box and deflecting into his path. Stonewall offside. Russia effectively assisted the first and second goals. Created their own problems.

The defender plays the ball on purpose thus starting a brand new phase of play in which no offside is possible since he is the one giving the ball to Lukaku, not a Belgian player. So no offside and it's logical.

Then again, if Lukaku would have been in an onside position in the previous phase, it would have been even easier for him to score since he had to go back and shoot almost blindly (and he still scored because he's brilliant).

If the defender purposefully played the ball towards his own goal and lukaku pounced on it, I'd categorize that as 'next phase'. The ball doesn't come into the box for the defender. It comes into the box targeting lukaku, at which stage he is miles offside. Even when the defender touches the ball, lukaku is offside. The defender is aware of lukaku's position. I totally understand the so called reasoning but it's flawed. A split second is not a 'second phase' for me. Had there been a second Belgian player involved in front of the defender, including the play, I'd understand the so called second phase reasoning.
