Another great achievement by foreigners. I seriously have a doubt about the reason why people still watch international competitions while national teams keep purchasing foreign players from other countries. I can hardly find the difference between world cup and champions league any longer.

It's funny that you said Qatari players are "foreigners". Have you seen the French team or the German team from 4 years ago?

On the other hand, Pirlinho, no one needs to wonder how many of the Italian players for the 2018 WC were actually Italian.

But it's funny that this kind of comments only pops up when certain countries win. Those "foreigners" live and grew up there, and they won the juniors' championship a few years ago. Well deserved result for them. The caravan moves on and dogs bark as always

Yes Barraca, 100% were Italian. They can only dream of the WC from now on. Italy is doing super well with the 100% italian team, except of Jorginho and Eder of course, but they have Rogani, so their future looks very bright :d

Would be a great achievement for their country if all their players were actually Qatari...

Why?
do you thin that UAE let them win 0-4 in semi final in their own ground with the big diplomatic issue between the two countries ?
it's just like if Barcelona lost to Madrid in CL final at Camp nou

Since Qatar won, who’s going to the Fifa Confederations cup? Japan or Croatia?

Pichichi is for the top goalscorer in La Liga. You're thinking of Puskas award. :)

Fun facts: 1964 Israel won this tournament with India as the runner-up...

Today Israel isn't playing in Asia anymore and India isn't playing football anymore.
