Then it sounds like most competitive. Entertaining is debatable. The lower part football quality is not entertaining. Just competitive. Although, as an EPL fan, lots of our games are entertaining, i have to give it to La Liga for their technical abilities and the number of cool actions game in game out

The reason that a Chelsea fan might take it as a loss is the two easy one-on-ones against Alisson missed by Willian and Hazard.
We, Liverpool fans felt that it was our game to lose when Salah missed anopen goal and Shaqiri failed to bury the ball on target.
I totally accept that both teams are entertaining and can go on to win trophies

I rate Robertson higher than Alonso but Willian toyed with Robertson first half.Even the British biased commentators were saying he should be carefull there because Willian is getting in behind him way too often.

Because he is better in attacking, in defending alonso and robertson in the same level maybe idk but today alonso really take care of mo salah very well. So what is the speciality of robertson in this case? Hazard still scored tho

Thats not true. In the modern game, wingbacks are almost as important on offense as they are on defense, so rating a wingback higher because they support the attack better but not as good defending is fair. Not saying Alonso is better, just saying to be objective.

My point is that people almost always throw out the goals + assists stats to prove their point when rating a full back.
They forget how crucial they are in bringing clean sheets.
As of what I have seen, Robertson dealt with every situation comfortably irrespective of the opponent that he faces. Marcus Alonso was good today but did not look like the man, who is going to make the difference

That's the way it is in the modern game, really. Barcelona changed the perspective of how fullbacks should be. They also need to be fast, good at assisting in attacks, and can score goals. The downside is as you said, the defensive qualities are being compromised for attacking qualities
