Poor season by his standard, is what you mean. This would be the best season of pretty much any other player ever playing this game. Scariest thing is that while a lot of people (especially neutrals and his 'haters', but also his fans) think he'll be done in 2-3 years, he'll actually continue on this level until he's 40, and pass Pelé and Maradona as the greatest footballer of all time by a landslide.

the best ever to wear madrid's white, you can get sentimental about past heroes like di stefano or raul who are legends in their own rights, but to be the best man in the club for 9 years in the era where the game is fast changing and youngsters dethroning old players like a day's job, he has to be the best ever.

Ronaldo plays fantastic and scores 4 goals and people here say he's the "goat" and better than Pele and Maradona LMAO. Why do I feel like it's because Messi is called the "goat" that they feel the need to call him "goat" as well? Butthurt 12 year-olds. Ronaldo is a legend for sure. Arguably on the best strikers of all time, or maybe the best? who knows, but to be considered in the "greatest PLAYER of all time" category you need something more than just scoring goals. It's why Gerd Muller is not even considered when talking about the best of all time and why someone like Zinedine Zidane is.

and people said he is finished... how many times this is gonna happen... at season start they say ronaldo is done and then BAM there he goes again proving all haters (and neutrals and even some of his fans) wrong...
I still think he has 3-4 years left in him...

Footyroom once showed a team playing with 12 or 13 players in their line up does that make it true? Don't believe the shitty footyroom line up

But if you know ANYTHING about Real Madrid or football in general, you would know that CR7 has switched to playing CF for years now.

The one thing I've learned as a player is to never judge those unless I'm either level or above them in quality. All I see on here is people pissing on RM's defensive mistakes but I bet 99% of people on this site have no idea what its like to actually play against players of this quality. Sunday league doesn't compare people so keep your cool. CR7 all day baby. WOOOOO!!

Ronaldo is the main star, but credit to Benzema as well. Also, Madrid are suffering on corner kick situations

Because all people remember Ronaldo for is his personality and his goals, everything else gets washed away.

T1lt3d 9 years ago

Because he used to play winger, but ever since he switched to forward he hasn't been assisting much at all.

Ronaldo forever how much he loves individual stats would settle for a third straight C League in favour of padding his La Liga stats.

respect to girona for putting up a fight. if madrid weren't clinical this could have been a whole different story. oh well you can tell ronaldo is trying to make the pichichi race interesting, not that fans of either side should give a shit haha. individual trophies are pretty pointless. boy is ronaldo proving people wrong again though, at the beginning of the season he was struggling a bit and everyone said he's done. now he's almost level with messi for goals in la liga and carried madrid past PSG. both messi and ronaldo are probably top 5 in the balon d'or conversation, every year we expect a slight decline in form or maybe a younger player to start excelling past these two, but it never fucking happens. when we look back on these two we're all gonna find it really hard to believe.

Say the word "Messi" in the comments when RM wins a game on footyroom and you get downvoted to hell. These people have 3 brain cells combined :)
