how did this team win the CL last year???

Football is more important what you do without the ball than with the ball. This is true when you defend. Too much passiveness from Ronaldo and Marcelo. You lose balls like those, you need to run your ass to get it back. And that is the problem with Ronaldo. He never sacrifices himself defending like a Diego Costa/Suarez for example.

where is sergeant rasmos?

Ronaldo was so desperate. He should calm down and do better. He is so much into meeting the expectation.

Madrird please get David luiz this transfer window.. our terrible defenders are just looking more terrible by the day. Just look how Varane and Nacho were ball watching in the final goal

I think real madrids curse is that they won the Spanish supercup against Barca. They somehow thought they would easily win the season when they beat their arch rival relatively easily and relaxed... While Barcas team (and all the other teams) instead stepped up their game as they believed thats what they needed to do to beat real madrid. This shows that la liga is more competitive than what it gives the impression of.

Considering RM poor form... they were good enough to steal a point from the favorites in this game ;)

This is still the same squad that won 5 titles last year so I won't argue about the squad selection, but ffs they need to step up. They have been below their actual level for too long now..

what the heck did marcelo thinking ? he's not even bothered to run back after being attacked in the 2nd goal, both goal are mostly his fault

In the fall, when the real clubs play in the CL and EL, RM will be touring Asia for friendly games with the likes of "Gokulam Kerala", Kozhikkode and "Malabar United", Kochi! It's gonna be epic!

RM Lucky Bastard

I will not blame madrid here, it’s just Celta attitude that never dies. They are exception with their attacking play and showed against Barca and Madrid..

Ronaldo played so so horrible
I actually blame him on the draw
And gareth Bale God you haven't played in such a long time I forgot how good you were

even such a big team still has mentality problem.

Celta be like ,Bring on. We can take care of Barca and Real .

Hah...... Marcelo!
I thought he was shit for his entire career... Then last season everything seemed to be going for him, I have to admit I was like 'Oh.... people were right he's good, I didn't see this potential, my bad."... Now it went to his head, back to being shit...
The margin between shit and awesome for an attacking minded full back is very very thin...

why wasn't the penalty replayed? Navas was clearly 2 meters of the line, no way the referee didn't see that.

New year, new Madri.........

Nope, not this year.
