In 47 minutes, Lucas Perez has scored the same number of goals as Spurs have scored in their entire Champions League campaign this season.

Does it matters which team Arsenal meet? A quality side and with proper mental preparation can beat any team. Arsenal just have to take one game at a time and move forward.

I hope the Gunners could go on and restore some dignity for English football in the CL this year.
In the end, they have the best play style among all the BPL teams and they do deserve to get something out of it.

I prefer to face Real Barca Bayern ATM Juventus Sevilla etc...it's better to face Leverkusen and Arsenal is still out of UCL. Only be in last 16 is like to be 4th in EPL: Arsenal tradition.

Everyone making jokes about possible draw results, but Arsenal even lost a double fixture against Monaco so no matter who they face, it is going to be interesting.

14 th qualification on CL final stages in a row for Arsenal, i guess its a record. Also first time undefeated in group stage since 2005/2006 compain. Now lets hope for an easy draw teams being second are still scary. Ozil best midfielder of CL group stage tho...

It's actually the 17th qualification in a row. Qualified every year since 2000-2001.
EDIT: I can't reply to comments but your comment below is wrong. Arsenal won their final 3 matches in 2003-4 and qualifies first in the group: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2003%E2%80%9304_UEFA_Champions_League

" Arsenal entered the Champions League group stage in the 2003–04 season and faced Dynamo Kiev, Internazionale and Lokomotiv Moscow. Without a win in their first three matches, Arsenal faced an early exit from the competition but managed a victory against Dynamo Kiev, after defender Ashley Cole scored via a header......"

Nope you may talk about qualifying to CL, i talking about fianl stage here...

we beat inter 5-1 in 2003/04...

wrong year then, wait :
" Striker Thierry Henry scored his first hat-trick in Europe for Arsenal against Roma on 27 November 2002 with the player stating; "It's wonderful to score a hat-trick but it's even more important that I did so in a game we've won."[69] Arsenal failed to replicate their form at Roma, drawing their next four matches and losing to Valencia in the final match to finish third in their group and thus, out of the competition.[70]

so Arsenal finished 3rd in 2002/03 so we start counting from 2003/04 until 2016/17 included which is 14th qualification in a row, in both cases y first check was the right one ;) chill

@Hadi no need to reply just go check that you ended up 3rd in 2002/03 so basically start counting from 2003/04 which is already outstanding.

Am I the only one who doesn't care if we meet Bayern or Dortmund/Madrid? As long as we do our best, there is nothing to lose! COYG! (and thanks Ludogorets!!)
