Ballon Dor frustrates me, knowing messi wouldnt win because of ronaldo trophies makes me wonder if its a individual performance award or a popular contest. (just in case, ronaldo year was top class, but if you watched all the games u cant argue messi was far better)

1. possibility for offside at Messi goal.
2. Messi had a great game, good movement and some fine passes.
3. Neymar finally starting to look more like brilliant Ronaldinho, rather than showboating Robinho. He showed some amazing skills at this game.

I sure hope that Suarez gets his fierce scoring streak again. Amazing performance but the defence could be better.

Wow, best football match all season, it was like watching el clasico! You actually could not take your eyes off from the tv or you'd miss something. To beat Sevilla at Sanchez Pizjuan is a very big thing since they have not lost a single match there the whole season.

I was overall happy with the perfomance of the team and especially happy that Messi made the difference. Although it worries me so much that in a couple of years when Messi ages who will we count on? Without Messi we would have lost this match for sure. What will we do when the best player in the world retires? Surely we won't get so lucky that we get another best player in the world second time in a row? I'm telling you boys, enjoy it while it lasts!

Next matchday: Madrid derby!
And the one after that: El Clasico!

Sevilla won 100% of their home games this season, but none of the teams they faced had a legendary 10 like Barça's, please watch extended highlights he is out of this world.

Indeed, but what an intense game, bravo to both teams

Of course they were sinking Barca in first half, Nzonzi outplaying Busquets, Vitolo on fire and Rico being a wall. Tactically if there is a coach who has an efficient anti Messi plan, it has to be Sanpaoli, but then out of nowhere the equalizer changed the dynamic, looks like City's game Barca being in City's place :)

Is there any player as consistent as Messi in the history of football? If Ballon d'or is based on football skill not trophy won Messi become the winner until retire.

Not with the actual defense but It can only get better, Alba-Pique-Iniesta should recover and then we can hope.

Let me guess, the referee was giving out yellow cards left and right so that Barca players would miss the Classico?

Actually Suarez may have pushed the referee into giving him a yellow card so that he'd miss the next match and return for El Clasico. Suarez is definitely playing against Real. So, no.

Just shows you the difference having star players in your team makes. MSN were no where in first half. Second half BOOM, you are 1 goal ahead. Was very funny to watch neymar today though.

Sevilla was very impressive in the first half, while Barca took control in the second half. Messi made Sevilla's defenders obsessed with him so Suarez got space to spot on the second goal. What an intense match. It's everyday better than match against Atletico which only defending and counting on counter attack instead of pressing and attacking like Sevilla do.
