Cavani is really trying to be like Ibrahimović but he’s really not. He should really focus on his finishing rather than the aesthetics. He is playing below par for both country and club. He may have scored quite a bit, but as a psg supporter watching him play, I can see that he is really average and messes up way too many times before he gets it right.

Cavani's been playing in an easy league, ever since he moved there, he lost his goalscoring touch in competitive games in the UCL, World Cup and Copa. Another issue is, he always tries to be fancy with his shots, he wants to score the perfect goal, flicks, step overs, finesses. He wants to score goals like Ibra but he's not Ibra.
