Denmark unlucky!
They were hard done by 2 critical referee's decisions. Not expecting such mistakes from such an experienced referee.

I think Fanintermilan is trying to say that if your parents are german for example, you should play for germany regardless of where you were born.. however if you were born in germany to turkish parents, you should play for turkey

Ibrahimovic?! What's your point?

my point is ...i hate when countries use players wich aren't born in their country .....imagine after years a match betwen Russia vs Germany for example and most of the players are or from turkey or born in turkey or ..... I'm for the idea that national squad should be presented by original citizens...

this is adresed to Italy ( balotelli...Eder.... etc) to Spain ( Diego Costa...etc) and many others

It's not where the player is born, it's the ethnicity. But yeah Balotelli, Klose, Podolski, Diego Costa, and so many others should not play for their respective nations but you can go take that up with Fifa. By the way, half of Algeiras national team was born in France, as well as Morocco, even France itself have many players from Africa or some African nations decent.

Cuore_Granata and you like such kind of situation....ok when they play for football clubs....but not to present a country ....it's disgraceful....by using players from others places mean you don't have good players in your country....and maybe you tryied to say France national teams had many players from Algeria , Zidane for example

I'm born in a country, since childhood I always support my national team, but because my father's name is from another country then I didn't deserve to play for my national team... Buy a brain please...

Listen here Fanintermilan, you cannot control where you are born. I was born in Canada, grew up in Canada and Italy, but my parents are from Italy. So I can't side with Italy? Even though I'm not Canadian at all? Please child....

I'm done trying to reason with a 15 year old in this site. By the way you fruit, Italy has maybe four or five players and other nations have many more. Get informed then try and argue with me. Perrotta was born in England, he helped win the 2006 World Cup. He's Italian, born in another country, same as Giuseppe Rossi.

The ones who are born or grew up in another country(where is not his/her original national) has the right to play for that country, it is up to them to choose where they will play! Get real The world is internationalized now in many branches not only in the football world are mixed with different nationals
people move around here and there all the times, it is 21 century now come on!

Ibra proving he is the best penaltykick taker in the world. Anyway, this "clash of titans", Ibra vs Bendtner, can end in a win for either team.
