liverpollfcangryfan is right tho, in this particular situation Mignolet was very naive.. it's something we usually see when a team is winning and the goalie tries to waste time, but it wasn't the case.

Giving such none existing penalty is a disgraceful decision! Referees like this one should be banned from refereeing again! I really don't understand why isn't there penalties for them after each game! And suspensions! 'Cause many times, they are completely ruining the entire match and their decision is crucial for the outcome (like in this case)!

Liverpool have a great side with some good players such as coutinho lallana ibe and benteke the stand out player this match and i think they should have wn this match more easily especially after winning 4-1 to man city who are very good side i support Klopp and i think he will do great things at liverpool
I think the the ref was right to give the free kick mignolet was really stupid to do that but bodeaux also gave away a stupid penalty although i do think benteke dived a bit

I don't know how you can classify that as a 'cheap penalty' when you can clearly see Sane's arm on Benteke's shoulder. There is no reason why his arm should be there. Narrow or wide, a win is a win. There are very rarely easy games these days.

Mignolet kept hold of the ball for 21 secs for some reason, shouldn't have done that. Anyways, for me he made up for that mistake when he saved that free-kick in the last minutes. Love the way our fans celebrate disallowed goals, like today and Coutinho's disallowed goal vs City, though Coutinho's was funnier because it was more obvious it should've been disallowed.
