Australia have had pretty below average defenders for a while now. Ryan starting in goals isn't ideal for someone who hasnt had a lot of game time lately. Hopefully he has secured that move already. He is actually a good keeper but no keeper can be in good form sitting on the pine.

If "you" have been unfairly treated a better thing to do would be to send this technology to 1966 and once and for all determine if Goeff Hurst really scored that shot versus Germany. Or to assist the referee on Lampards "goal" in 2010s world cup. Or in 1986 to disallow goal from "gods hand". Or when Maradona took it with his hand in 1990 too, or when Henry did same thing against Ireland. Or allow Muntaris goal versus Juventus in 2012. Or do you want more examples from when they couldnt use these video replies... And where the result was disastrous for the afflicted team

I'd stick to Ter Stegen, he is actually pretty underrated, although Trapp is really good. This is why Germany is a really good team, they've got so much quality everywhere.
