other than M. Neuer my opinion is Roman Weidenfeller > Ter Stegen > Bernd Leno > Kevin Trapp

Weidenfeller? wtf?

what a bad bad mistake by GK. 2 mistakes

It was a balance competition for German GK spot when Neuer is injured. But after those mistakes, I think now it's only between Ter Stegen and Trapp.

and zieler

No way Zieler is in competition. Fahrmann is second best German goalkeeper after Neuer. Then there is ter Stegen, Horn and Trapp + Baumann in consideration.

I had to check this wasn't the Germany U21 European Cup team or something...lol

This German side could well end up second in their group, increasing their chances of facing Portugal in the knockout round. If so: Auf Wiedersehen!

Yeah right.

Are you being satiric? If so, enlighten me.

Australia have had pretty below average defenders for a while now. Ryan starting in goals isn't ideal for someone who hasnt had a lot of game time lately. Hopefully he has secured that move already. He is actually a good keeper but no keeper can be in good form sitting on the pine.

Don't know why Löw doesn't start Ter Stegen instead. He's in better form. Leno was dreadful.

they couldnt use all these video reply against bayern munich when ronaldo scored multiple offside goals in champions league and vidal getting a red card from a clean challenge

The past is past. No use crying over spilt milk. What's important is that it's being used now.

If "you" have been unfairly treated a better thing to do would be to send this technology to 1966 and once and for all determine if Goeff Hurst really scored that shot versus Germany. Or to assist the referee on Lampards "goal" in 2010s world cup. Or in 1986 to disallow goal from "gods hand". Or when Maradona took it with his hand in 1990 too, or when Henry did same thing against Ireland. Or allow Muntaris goal versus Juventus in 2012. Or do you want more examples from when they couldnt use these video replies... And where the result was disastrous for the afflicted team

Essentially Germany B team. Won't know how strong they really are until they meet Chile or Portugal.

Leno always a overrated keeper for me , like Donarumma

Arsenal, Netherlands 66 2895

Although Australia showed great fight, Germany is Germany. Also, Leno should not play, rather Ter Stegen.

fletcher7 9 years ago

Hamburger SV, Germany 0 174

true but i think trapp should play. hes way better then them both

amir_keal 9 years ago

Arsenal, Netherlands 66 2895

I'd stick to Ter Stegen, he is actually pretty underrated, although Trapp is really good. This is why Germany is a really good team, they've got so much quality everywhere.

For me, Trapp is way better than Ter Stegen.
I think he's a bit overrated in my opinion

fletcher7 9 years ago

Hamburger SV, Germany 0 174

ter stegen has done massive mistakes for Germany to

Croatian 9 years ago

Bayern Munich, Croatia 23 1323

Fahrmann is better than all three of them. Same as Horn. At same level as Leno, ter Stegen and better than Trapp.
