If england national football team is filled with the best player from EPL. And england is just shit in international tournament. So you know how the quality of EPL is.

Not true... entirely. You're right that the england national football team consists of players from the EPL (since English players tend to not go exploring europe until the end of their careers), but you're not right about the quality of the EPL. If you actually watched the premier league you'd see that most of the teams have a giant amount of foreign players. So yeah you're right england players might be shit, but the EPL isn't. Arsenal, Man Utd, City, Chelsea all have like 8 men on the pitch at any one time that aren't english :)

I forgot to mention the conclusion to my paragraph, The Barclays Premier League isn't shit its far too competitive. Obviously their best teams aren't better than Bayern Barca Real and even Juventus. But only like one or two clubs in every country can compete. All other average european teams don't really compete with the 'average' premier league team. But yeah the best teams in europe are also better than england's best teams. Just one of those things you guys dont seem to understand but as a Portuguese national living in England for over 10 years I have an opinion and just gave it haha/

I knew England can be world class team with world class young raw talents like sterling, Kane, wilshere, lallana , chambers, oxlade chambletian , wars prowse, Luke shaw. They can easy compete with Belgium, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Spain etc. England is world class

Yeah, they might be good when you look at players they have but they can not win in big tournaments, like in the last Euro U-21 they got knocked out of the group stage, this time it doesn't look promising either.

It's not unlucky. Its lack of chemistry, poor management and extremely cocky players. Spanish, German and SA talent is much better than England talent. Even Mourinho and Guardiola have said so.
